Don't buy from this firm – As per other reviews. I ordered 11 September 2022. Started chasing up 20 days latter. Poor customer service, 4 and half months later no car cover. Cancelled order and managed to get refund through PayPal. Don't order through Car Covers Australia. Ordered a cover through Australia Car covers, similar name but different firm. Cover received within a week, very happy.

lame excuse about why they didn't have one. Like others, wise in hindsight, I wished I had read these reviews before buying. I did buy through PayPal so hopefully they may be able to help to obtain a refund.

Doggy company, please avoid this website. I got ripped off $430 for hail car cover – I bought a hail Mazda mx 5 cover for $426.70 premium quality. The product arrived after one and half month from China, the product is not even worth $70. There was a receipt in the product , showing 30.00. customers for ridiculous amount . The product I received which I paid $426.70 , not even hails cover. I spoke the customer services after significant attempts regarding the return of product. Very unfriendly and rude. They gave me a address to return it which is UK address. Australia Post will cost me nearly $80 to return the product without tracking. With tracking it will cost me $120. So I had to decide not to return this rubbish product, not spending any further after knowing already the company is doggy , they won’t give me refund even if I send the product back to them.

I complained I ordered hail cover , it’s not hail cover. They denied they sell hail car cover. I particularly looked for hail car cover. That was why I paid $426.70 for premium hail car cover. After my complaint, They updated they product description “hail cover” word is no where to be found. They make their website look trustworthy, loyalty. Absolutely crap.

I never wrote product reviews before, normally don’t waste my time. But this one is so injustice and absolute doggy website. So, I had to write the reviews, so not another customer will not get ripped off. The websites says Australia, the product says Car Cover UK, the product came from China. It seems the website accommodate across globe ripping off customers globally.

P.S the address they gave me to return the product is doggy as well.

Covers Australia but a company called iWorld Systems Ltd out of England - the product had shipped to me straight out of China. An Australian domain front for what would appear to be a Chinese organisation marketing over priced, inferior products. Lodged a complaint and request for a full refund through PayPal as a result…. which was granted after they had no timely response from the seller company on the reporting to them of my grievances. Be very careful…

This is not an Australian business. Low quality and thin Chinese covers. Very long delays – These people make out they are Australian and sell high quality covers. They take your order and then take weeks to ship from China. The covers themselves are very thin and low-quality, do not fit the car correctly as advertised and are not hail or waterproof. They are selling cheaply made covers and charging as if they are high quality and made to fit covers.
