DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered this item last year but arrived without a chip so totally useless. Have had no reply to any of my emails !!!!!
Very poor product, overrated – Instructions suit an ant. Had to blow up instructions page to A4 size to be legible. I've had the dash camera for six months, and the video card they provided only records and displays one in 20 files. The rest are corrupted. corrupted. There is a bad problem with the recording chip inside the camera. A rubbish product, even though it was highly rated on Australian reviews.
Not able to utilize – Received my product but no Video Card.Informed company and response is to buy it from Amazon as it's not included in the package. Waited weeks for delivery. They should,nt be allowed to sell rubbish like this – Total rubbish ,needed a spy glass to see the rubbish instructions, it would,nt playback if you wanted to see something previous like a collision,picture quality rubbish ,not worth fiver ,i could go on and on and on
Expected better than this – Got this because it was top of the list of some review list of best dashcams 2024. What rubbish! Instructions so tiny I had to photograph them to read. No chip included; have to go and buy one. Once I get it working I'll have a better idea, but some of these manufacturers need to get real about how things ought to work. Don't waste your money – Image is terrible, can't see plates or read signs. Record times are few seconds maybe minutes then switches off .. A waste of money . I want a refund but lost all details of online purchase. Show details

Not Happy Jan !!! – Thought this was a fantastic buy due to a sale - great Christmas presents - NOT ! So glad I purchased one for myself thus able to test it out. The recording time is terrible and the SD card is FULL only from a short trip to the shops. So not worth it. Going to send them back. Any luck with the return policy ? Show details
All the reviews are correct. It’s garbage – Cheap quality. Don’t even know if it records because it won’t connect via USB. Requested a return within 48 hours of receipt. Don’t waste your money, because you’ll get what you pay for. Show details

A complete load of rubbish – Have had this so called dash cam about 6 weeks and it started by recording around 60% of journeys, now it is down to around 10% of journeys. Totally unreliable. Absolute Junk – The first unit worked fou 2 hours. Customer service physically changed the receive date (no active tracking) then used the 14 days from receipt as an excuse not to refund. huge pixelization. The sound was not syncronized with the picture. I claimed again the defects, and they asked me to send them the proof of what I was claiming. So far they refused to accept GOOGLE videos (!!!), and I emailed them the files through WETRANSFER, as they suggested. I was waiting, waiting and waiting for their response, but of no success. They continue to create "tickets", and that was the end of their reaction. DO NOT BUY THIS absolutely nasty product!
Car watch pro don't do it – Bought this from the best 5 car camcorder for carreview. The photo shows the name of what I purchased and the photo of the box is what I got. Defiantly not HD. And the list goes on. Mine is in the bin as there is too much stress dealing with the coy. Don't get sucked in like I did.
