Warm and friendly – We found Carinity Brookfield Green to be welcoming and friendly when we went for a tour. After visiting other Residential homes my husband decided that Brookfield Green was the place for him. He has now been in residence for three months and is happy and settled. This is the gold standard in aged care – Compassionate care that is very centred on the person. Moving into a care home is a major transition and I have been impressed by the little things that actually matter are thought of - for example what time do you like to wake up, what do you like for breakfast as opposed to breakfast is served at this time and this is what is served. Seen too many poor facilities until NOW!! – I've been a supplier to the AGED CARE industry and have visited many facilities right across the country and was so delighted when we saw the bright, modern, clean and fresh facilities at Brookfield.
