as i beleive the owner has intrests in other car businesses nearby. I REPEAT!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Faulty head light – Hi,  I purchased this product through Ebay. On 15th November 2021. And received the product 20th November 2021. I checked for damage but everything looked fine. It was hitting the trees and into truck drivers vision. As I got flashed that night as people think my high beam was on. 

Next day I took the vehicle to my mechanic and we fidle around for 40 minutes. Trying to get it out of a hazard zone. With no luck what ever we tried. My mechanic said this is a defect and hazard light at night. 

In the housing it seems to be on a angle. It's the bit you turn the glob in. Which the adjuster made no difference.

So I tried to reach out to the seller to help resolve my defect. For a replacement or refund. And was happy to send back the defect product as it would be on the seller for a return if required. As it's apart of eBay policy on damage, broken, faulty, or is what the item describes. 

But after numerous attempts to reach out to CarsRus to resolve this matter I got nothing. 

Until I stated that if not resolved I will take further action. 

Only then I received 1 message that I didn't appreciate. 

And since that message I replied and have not received anything back.

Ebay said that they cannot help me put a claim in as it's more than 90+ And that I need to message the seller who should help me resolve my issues. If not resolved to ring my bank ask them to step in. 

This company is trying to take advantage of me. By not replying and taking responsibility in resolving my defect product. 

Because it's out of EBAY'S refund policy

Monday i will speak to my legal team. And process a full investigation for selling faulty products. Shame on you (CarsRus) as any customer should not be taken advantage of. No matter the excuses from CarsRus!

Poor quality headlight – I brought a BF Falcon headlight assembly and when fitted, I could not adjust the height adjuster as it appeared to be separated from the inner reflector and just spun around. Email not responded to so I have now arranged an alternative. Low quality product that was not worth the investment Show details
