I do like spa but always full of men please make one for women in side most of women has back pain and disc but always men if not I will leave and concel my membership

The staff who is working in front desk in morning is very friendly and helpful, the day make me feel good . I need to bring up this issue as I feel bad staying in the stream area there are some people which use the stream area has their personal massage place with smells that I can’t breathe please do something as I am female I feel very uncomfortable to stay in there. I had a really disappointing experience at Casey race today during the Core class. foster a welcoming and respectful environment for all members, but this kind of behavior should not be acceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Don’t go unless you like to drink water with faeces – Worst place ever , swimming lessons are a waste of time, water are dirty as . Customer service horrible and those lifeguards are useless. A long time ago there was one good DM , but since then this place going down hill every day. And those customers will steal everything, it’s disgusting.

Love this! – the service and staff here are so friendly! love coming here! everytime i bring my family they love the wave pool and the sauna! would reccomend this pool and the gym!

Inconsistency between staff – The inconsistency between staff is extreme. There doesn’t seem to be any communication between staff and departments. It’s really difficult to get information and attention for any type of query/matter. The small pool always has at least two areas closed for repairs which is also frustrating.

Swimmer beware lane priority for lessons between 4pm to 7pm – I've been a member for 3 years until now... YMCA takes on too many students for lessons & then puts a sign up saying bad luck bucko if you want to do laps between these times. No warning when signing up just a $150 fee if you try to exit contract. Members lockers have been continually breaking down since joining. It was good when they made… Read more

Excellent – An amazing facility, A two story complex, the ground floor housing many pools of different temperatures from the heated hydro therapy pool to the cool water laps and swimming training pol and in between there is the ocean, wave pool. choice of fitness class and a bike RPM studio. Plus a pilaties room, sports injury specialist, excellent instructors and social activities. I took part int he seniors week social events and walks organized through this gym and loved it. Top makes a true 5 star experience being a member of this gym and a discount rate for seniors. BRILLIANT! Simply the BEST gym and fitness amenities centre I have ever been to. None! Sigh, sadly I now live three hours drive away from this excellent fitness centre or I would still be attending.
