Very quick and helpful. Also the customer service operator was very friendly and polite.

You can simply steer clear of this place. I'm not quite sure who they actually approve loans for, if anyone. Applied for a $200 loan, that's it. I've been in the same job almost 10 years and earn over $2000 a fortnight. Just needed a little extra cash to get me through until next pay. I could have even repaid the whole amount in one hit if they needed. But wouldn't even approve me for that. So many of these loan companies miss the point of needing a loan and seem to only approve people who are not in a position to need a loan in the first place.
