Extremely bad customer service, was advised I did not meet the eligibility requirements, even when I had not submitted my application. I could not add my new bank account. every fortnight on a Thursday. CashnGo knew this because I had to provide access to my bank statements during the application. Despite this, their system set repayments for Wednesdays and offered no option to adjust. This feels like predatory lending, designed to maximize dishonor fees ($30 per missed payment).
First repayment before payday: I received the loan on 11 July, and the first repayment was due on 16 July—before my next payday. Again, this seems like a deliberate tactic to schedule a repayment before the customer has the ability to repay, then charge them a fee.
Unhelpful customer service: When I emailed to request a schedule adjustment and removal of a dishonor fee, they simply stated the fee was valid and warned that changing the schedule could trigger another monthly account fee.
I understand people turn to lenders like this out of desperation—I did too—but look for literally any other option before choosing them.

The application was super easy, I can't stress this enough, my 4 year old self, provided I flashed him the details of my bank account, prior to filling out the app and he, all by himself slipping my bank card, could even wander off to the ice skating rink or could even be flying off to the corner store for a big bag of sweet lollies and chocolates literally, in minutes, he would surely breeze through the app and be able to have the funds available to the cheeky cupcake, swiftly, faster than I'd be able to say "what the heck is for breakfast!, where the heck did all these bags of lollies come from?" ; and ahh "darn, my bank card has grown legs! where did that wander off to now?" All in all, the company stands fast to their well saught-after name, I am pleased to know they unquestionably have my spine, any day any place, without hesitation I CAN rely on this company to have the desired cash n go and have me back in the game in no time at all. many surgeries I have, the constant X-rays, constant specialist appointments that Medicare don’t cover the gaps and so many medication I have to take and unexpected gaps from surgeries I receive that always seem to come my way right before Christmas . They are Always happy to help when you need it. have never had any problems with it. Website is So easy to use and navigate they are Always there to help when you need it. The customer service is amazing and you are not on hold for long when you call them they always answer straight away. For me the repayment loan is great. Don't expect any loyalty – They are a joke, they do not care about previous small loams with them that you have paid off in full on time.... that counts for nothing. Don't waste your time and money with the large amount extra you end up paying. Crooks absolute crooks preying on good people in need.

Absolute time wasters – Not easy to contact, tried to get me to take load for 3 times the amount I wanted, they don't explain things properly when you do have contact, and took 3 days to find out that the system wouldn't accept my card details because it was linked to both a savings and credit account (after a number of emails and attempts online). Used Sunshine Loans previously, and had a much better experience.
