Very disappointing experience after two years as a loyal customer. I repaid two loans in full, several months ahead of schedule, and never missed a single payment. criteria and that previous repayments do not guarantee approval. However, it was disappointing to feel that my consistent repayment history and loyalty made so little practical difference.

I recently paid $2,400 to settle my loan early rather than continuing the scheduled repayments until April. In hindsight, I regret that decision, as keeping those funds available would have helped with important expenses.

I previously appreciated Fundo’s service and even recommended them to a friend. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion, and I would no longer feel comfortable recommending them.

My feedback to other customers: do not assume that repaying early or maintaining a perfect payment record means you will be approved for future borrowing.

Don't use this company – This company is dodgy as they come, they used my net bank details to log into my account and transfer them selfs money. I had an arrangement to pay a certain amount but they clearly were not happy. Show details

Slightly disappointed that I only received one Quarter of the loan I applied for for my home repairs. This amount left me in no man's land with my repairs. I now have to try and raise the rest of the amount somewhere else which means the inconvenience of owing and repayments everywhere. As well as more loan set up fees. Show details

The website is very easy to navigate and to use on most days. If I call them up to fix problems or make a payment the staff are always friendly and helpful. They are a joke i had multiple loans with them and always paid it back without issue over the last few years , I had a loan recently and Paid it back early , re applied for a new one got approved, signed it and they declined it! Absolute Joke they wont be getting my buiness again! And no my finacial situation is exact same from a month ago when I recieved a loan if thats what your thinking.

Worst service ever.They first send me the contract to sign on first day I applied after hours waiting.after I signed the next day they started asking for more paperwork and proofs.if my credit score was good I wouldn’t ask them for a small loan

Same day approval loans they said, but never was. They held up my application for so long they had if no intention of approving it, why not just decline it on the spot?

Waste of time and there are companies that offer less fees or I guess payback costs to loan the money than this- there are companies that don’t ask for that much in return.

Needed urgent funds for emergency vet care. Own our own home, some debt not massive and was knocked back, so they are just as difficult as a bank, but maybe get a response quicker. Not for me.

They say they give you a go what rubbish. Have two finance products cc and steppay with CBA good credit history yet according to fundo it's bad credit. Fix your stuff and give people a go. Clearly deception. You guys can legally be held accountable for providing misleading information. I never had any affordability issues.
