bin! I’ve had numerous brands over the years and never encountered this issue. Emailed customer service and they wouldn’t help me or give me a refund they were blunt about it. To my disgust I was just about to order off this website I found, all good reviews absolutely nothing under 5 stars which I thought surely not, just to find that catwalk hair extensions have renamed themselves to LUXABELLE hair! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! these people shouldn’t be allowed to run a business!!

no product – 18th July i ordered 2 full heads of tape extensions, still nothing, multiple emails, fake tracking numbers. I am demanding a refund within 24hrs or I will be going to the ombudsman and to fair trading and the media. After reading all the reviews I am not surprised at all. Absolutely disappointed.

looks like a rats tail...now I have fine hair used to wear 3 rows of 2 pairs per row at 3grams each extension. They were full of breakage and when weighed by my hairdresser 2.44 each far cry from 4 grams each. As I needed to add another row we decided to take them out. My god it was painful even using what you do for glue residue they literally had to be pulled out with my hair coming with them....we tried to get the tape of them but it was impossible. I then had to get 16 more out and put my zala tape over there tape so i didn go through the same thing again. 250 for 40 at 160grams was there claim. Im now buying from zala as its a known...trusted respected by hairdressers supplier. I tried to contact catwalk....through 3 different email sites but they all came back saying address not found! I cannot contact them. But they contacted my email for a review! I could not reply to that email either. Please dont buy from them. Im waiting for 2 surgeries...multiple specialists and tests. Save your coins! Cheap, ugly , nasty ! colour “Bronde” is brassy orange, nothing like the instagram photos displaying it as a cool light brown. Pretty sure they’re using fake photos because they never tag the person in the photo, and they buy their followers to make the page look legit, as if they had THOUSANDS of followers, they would have more than 1 comment under their photo, but nice try. So anyways Because of all these reasons, I pushed for a refund. I sent it back (paid out of my own money for postage as they confirmed i would be reimbursed) and seen it was DELIVERED The next day. I waited a couple days and no refund came through, so I emailed and even 4 days later I got no reply. I basically only got my refund after messaging on Instagram letting them know i’m about to report it to Paypal. The refund was processed the same day, no reply back, no apology NOTHING ! I did not get my refund of $10 for postage, but it’s okay i’m just glad i got that hideous thing out of my house. Whoever is running this little backyard business, please stick to your day job.

for an engagement party. They sent them straight away only because I hassled them and I received them by the Friday.

3. The extensions were perfect. I loved them, thick, full and for blonde Hair the quality was fantastic! I purchased the double drawn hair. I only used hair extension quality products to tone, shampoo and condition.

4. I started having full length strands fall out of the wefts. This was EVERYTIME I brushed them. I thought this was super weird but didn’t make anything of it.. I just hoped it would stop eventually.

5. They lasted up until they started growing out and I needed to have them taken out and re taped. I had 2 fall out from underneath my hair as I was pushing it as long as I could before having them re taped and applied for the wedding I had to go to. I went to seperate the 2 hair wefts (Sandwich) using my tail comb and tape remover spray and the wefts completely fell apart. This left chunks of the hair in my hands whilst the glue/weft that holds the hair in place in sticky pieces and completely removed from the hair strands. I thought that this has got to be the only 1 piece that would be like this so I tried separating the other one that came out and the exact same thing happened. From the outside of the hair weft the glue/weft that holds the hair in place was peeling off exposing the hair strands which is why I was having full length strands fall out. It was like it was not sealed right, right from the start!

I had to leave the extensions in my hair all grown out for the wedding as I knew if I tried taking them out they would all do the same and fall apart and I wouldn’t be able to reuse them.

6. After the wedding I decided to finally take them out. Each hair extension weft completely fell apart. It took me 2 hours to finally get them out of my hair when it would usually take me 30 minutes to remove them. It was painful and I lost a lot of hair whilst doing this.

So in the end.. $400 down the drain. I’m absolutely spewing! I emailed and complained and they said it was my fault and I had done something wrong and definitely not a manufacturer problem even though I only ever used hair extension quality products on them! They refused to help me and even had the nerve to ask me to send them the hair, not to help me but to stop what ever was happening to the extensions and make sure it didn’t happen to any other hair extensions sold.

Do not buy these extensions!!! Terrible company Pathetic excuse for support service Hundreds of complaints!

Love my Tapes! – I have been a hairdresser for 10 years and have had every method of extensions available. Since having a baby my hair thinned out and i decided to give Catwalk a try. The price and colour match were exactly what i was looking for! I have had extensions last longer than these, but for half the price of anything else on the market- thats how i justified them lasting 4months. I love them and am about to purchase my second pair in time for xmas!

Disgusting service – Do not purchase from catwalk hair extensions!! Bad customer service, I ordered ponytail hair extensions and I never received my order. Tried contacting the company and heard nothing back from them and they have not refunded me my money. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Frizzy hair, not as thick to the ends as they say! – Okay so I am horrified by the huge amount of negative feedback everywhere & wish I'd checked first. definitely not the hair they say it is... after dying one lot it dried frizzy/wavy. Even after adding expensive Olaplex and Morocco oil and straightening, it's not silky and smooth like you'd dream/hope for $190!! Real sad, no responses on fb messages. It "will do" as I have thick thick hair and Zala wasn't nearly thick enough for me, but wish I had gone with Flik Hair Extensions or someone else and done review searching first. Shipping I paid express and it did arrive in time so I can't complain there. Packaging was dirt cheap and clearly not an australian/western company.

Bad quality ! Do not buy these extensions – These tapes claim to be double drawn ! Definitely not double drawn the ends are so thin, the glue on the tape it’s self is not strong at all on the first wash tapes were coming out, rubbish quality. Do not buy these tape extensions.

been a red flag for me, but stupidly, i trusted the photos on their instagram and facebook.

BTW, if you look at their instagram page from a laptop, you will notice they dont have that many likes on alot of their photos which leads me to believe they bought the followers to make themselves seem popular. Also, their photos arent very clear which leads me to believe they are other people's photos which they took and used to advertise.

Their returns/refund policy is ridiculous, it is by LAW that customers should receive a refund if product is not as advertised. To prevent this, just don't order lol, save your time, ,money and effort :P

When checking out, they made me pay Express Shipping of around $8, i had no other options to choose so there you go...it arrived 4 days later despite the express being 1-2 days.

When i opened the package, it was so plain (the packaging) If you look at other extension companies, their packaging is much more better considering you pay upwards of $100.

There are BARELY any real client videos, reviews or photos from their social media or from youtube alone which is suspicious.

The actual quality of hair is not too bad, they're pretty thin at the ends...

If you want a more reliable company, maybe check out Flik Hair extensions or Zala?

I got was denial, even after I sent photos PLUS advised what the hairdresser had advised. Even toning them didnt do the job as half the hair was NOT real human hair which is shown when the toner doesnt bond with the hair. No refund offered. Nothing but blame on myself. I have worked with hair for many years and have never had any issue with any other company. Sent a heap of photos of how yellow the extensions were (in every light / natural light possible) and still no solution. Waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

hair felt ok when brand new but over the 6 weeks went very ratty on the ends. I used the proper shampoos for extensions to avoid the tape dissolving, I used proper hair extension oil and I used minimal heat on them. Despite the ends being strawy I thought I could get atleast another 6w out of them (previously had hair extensions last 8 months being retaped every 6-8w!!). While getting them taken out over 5 broke due to the tapes being poorly bonded together (hairdresser was being super gentle), after they had been washed, blowdried and re applied there was next to no hair left in the tapes due to being poorly bonded which caused it to be super fine and looked terrible. These extensions are not built to last and are very poor quality. Wouldnt recommend considering the price could find better quality else where.

I am a hairdresser myself and so is my sister! I had my sister apply these hair extensions properly! And tonight I had washed my hair and they have slipped out of my hair! I am mortified because every tape in hair extensions I have owned other then zala have slipped out of my hair in the first wash! envelope and was appalled by the quality of the hair. It was extremely thick, knotty and was far from soft. It reminded me of a horses tail. Their website claims the hair is Russian but I am definitely questioning that statement. I contacted Victoria again requesting a refund as this product was not what I was expecting but unfortunately for me, they do not offer refunds. My advice to anyone out there looking for extensions is to look elsewhere. Numerous companies out there are offering genuine customer service, a quality product, refunds and colour matching services. Do not bother wasting your time or money on this business.

said that they haven’t received the package yet! I needed it that weekend so it wouldn’t have arrived on time. They refunded the total amount but never replied when I asked for the money back from what I paid to send the extensions back! Poor customer service and average quality extensions. Much prefer Zala hair extensions
