still very supportive. So far I am still using my same exercise routine (one I adapted from a youtube video from Bellicon) but the Cellerciser does come with video instructions. [*Update - several months on, I am still loving the bounce, have incorporated some of the new exercises and feel I have increased muscle and fitness.*] I am occasionally just touching the sides of the bounce area with the edges of my feet - not a problem, but I wonder if it might be too small for a taller person. (I am 169cm.) The Cellerciser is steel, so somewhat heavier than my previous rebounder. I'm not going to be moving it around much so the bi-fold model is fine for me, but the trifold would be better if you are looking for portability. If buying in Australia I can recommend Gavin Cleote from Gavin's Gym as a distributor. My delivery came as promised in good time and Gavin was helpful and responsive.
