I always use full strength, undiluted tabs – I've used, tested this product & similar for 35 yrs.1 tab as quick as poss cold or flu 2 X a day, if deepest 2x2 for 3 days. A slight thirst so sip water. Ive tested pre surgery & travel & no infections nor catch of flu or cold.. It will heal a infected sore very quickly with orange juices. I'm sure it cld be effective with Covid 19 if full strength used. My home is never without a bottle.

Helped me survive cold and flu season – This works wonders! I began taking it mid flu and it helped with the progression. I continued to take it after, two a day (one night/one morning) and it really helped to fend off the next few rounds of cold and flu symptoms I normally get every winter.
