gives me bad pains! – I'm in my 40's and am starting to feel fatigued and out of energy lately. So I started taking multivitamins I decided to choose this and big mistake too! I took one and shortly after I had bad pains in the stomach like cramps it lasted for hours. So I decided to take one before I had dinner but experienced the same effect! I never took them again I'll try blackmoores next.
