Professional, economical, reliable – After 5 quotes and no clear solution for our art deco fence requirements, I was referred to Clem at Chadstone F & G. Very quickly I realised we had the right provider. He was straight onto the design and construction that best suited our needs and within budget. He has reliable, quality contractors who were easy to deal with and of old school quality. A great job overall.

lots suggestions. When Clam came to measure my gate, I knew I chose the correct company. He spent over 40 minutes to measure,level and discuss with me what’s the best way to do it. Detailed drawing were followed the next day, adding my consideration of further automation.(some other company just came, finished the measurements in 5 minutes and plan to go ahead based on the data). Their quote is not the cheapest one but their products and service definitely worthy the charge. Staff were friendly and professionall as well. It only took less than three weeks to get my new gate. It was carefully installed, painted beautifully and fitted perfectly on the sidewalls. Can’t be more than happy with my new gate. Would highly recommended this company to people need gates and fences.

Trully experts in fence and gates – I was looking for an automatic gate, pedestrian gate and infills for my brick fence. I obtained various quotes, but nobody offered expert advice on the options I have and which I should select. They also knew how to install the special sensors that work in harmony together. When the pedestrian gate is open the automatic gate stops and it doesn't cause damage. Also my new remote control was made to work with my garage. No other company can offer all this conveniently. No issues, and I'm happy.

manager will think creatively to deal with these situations and take steps to achieve the best outcomes for the client. Phil is such type of person, and he is also a perfectionist, as he would step into the client’s shoes to view and assess the works. He was willing to make numerous adjustments to achieve client’s 100% satisfaction (although I think he would do this anyway to achieve his own high quality standard). We appreciate for his efforts, and in particular his craftsmanship and his attitude towards the client and his works.

Mark, the electrician, was also very skilful and patient. He has been very patient dealing with the tricky issues when installing the intercom system, and adjustments have been made several times for making sure everything was working properly and the best result can be achieved.

We highly recommend Chadstone Fences and Gates and the team.

Appalling – I tried to get a quote and this has proved impossible. I sent a photo to help their understanding of what I required and that it needed a customised solution. They were not interested in really visiting my property and just told me to come to their showroom to find a gate. I followed up via email and left a message for Jayne to call me but still no response. I would not recommend you use this company.

Our gates are exactly what we asked for – Everyone we were involved with were wonderful, their communication could be a tiny bit better, however after a wait we received and had installed exactly what we asked for. Thankyou

Poor After-Sale Service – Poor after sales service. Been waiting for over 7 months for the catcher on my gates to be replaced - it started rusting, which should never have been the case in the first place. Numerous calls resulted in numerous promises but nothing happened so far. Should things go wrong after initial installation, you can forget any service from this company, and don't trust their promises.
