Never gives correct reading – I though if I spend a little more I would get a reliable device. I can’t believe they sell this product in Australia. Whenever I tried it, it gave a reading around 34 which is wrong. I will never buy anything from Chico again as obviously they don’t have a property quality assurance.

Product has never given a proper reading – I thought spend a little more on a better thermometer would be the way to go. But this was the wrong way, It has never given me a proper reading or a reading over 35 degree for that matter. I've taken my kids to the doctors when I think somethings up and sure enough they've had fevers every time. A little disappointing if you ask me. Unfortunately its too late for me to request a refund or anything so I just lost my money.

Chicco My Touch Thermometer faulty readings – Purchased in 2014 Jan. The temperature showing 93 Degree F which is wrong. Complained. The customer care took the piece and sent to Delhi for repairs from Mumbai,. However gave back the same defective piece saying its good now. Waste of money. Bad service and response.
