Lasted threw two BOY children... purchased 2005 - was used up untill 2013 – Lovely look, VERY EASY to put together? seriously how hard is it to put two ends and two sides together! son number two was a termite and started to chew the paint off. easy up down rail, great cot. But child number 3 will need a new cot as number 2 chewed the hell out of it! LOL. Purchased Target - we then converted it into a toddler bed, and made a rail for it and painted it white! easy.

Excellent – Fab price, nice style, very functional. Trust me, this is all you need - this is no high performance toy for your child, it's a cot. Save your money and spend it on a really good, organic mattress instead. Super quiet drop down/lift mechanism relative to Boori (or even worse, Kingparrot). When you really want that baby staying asleep, the whole… Read more

lift, push, drop mechanism is quite loud. Needing two hands to lift/drop is no issue since you'll have the side down anyway to pick up the baby, so no need to lower it with baby in hand. Does the paint come off more easily than others? Don't know. If you are concerned about that, get a stained one, not a white laquered one. The IKEA side rail protectors work on the side. The only teething protectors I have found for the wide ends for any cot I had to order from overseas - Gummi crib rail protectors, they are flexible.

Good – In general (once we got it together!) very happy with this cot. Very nice look, we bought ours in the baltic wood colour. We didn't realise it had two base heights, until a friend bought one and had the mattress at the higher level, which definately saves your back when lifting baby in and out of cot. Target also sells matching changetable at a… Read more

very competative price compared to other changetables. Very cheap compared to many cots on the market, we paid $220 from target, simple but appealing piece of furniture to look at. Meets all Aus safety standards. Difficult to assemble - came with VERY basic instructions! pretty much had to figure it out yourself

Good – So far so good. We've only had it for 3 months but it seems solid and stable, no problems with setting it up and is a nice looking cot. We got it on special at Target and only paid around $230 (I think). Great value for something that realistically isn't going to be used for that long. Nice and simple Meets safety standards COST 2 mattress… Read more ·  1

Converts to toddler bed. I find that even with the mattress on the higher level and the side down it's still a bit of a reach to get bubs laid down. Bit of a sore back. In fairness, I haven't looked at other cots and they are probably the same.

Excellent – A great cot, just need to touch up the paintwork on the rail. Everything still functions well after 3 years We used this cot for about 18 months and havent had any issues with it. Ours was a factory second but still performed really well. It looks modern, has two adjustable heights, you can take the side rail off once your child is a bit older so… Read more ·  1

they can hop in and out themselves. I found that the paint came off very easily when my girl gnawed at it through teething but then this is to be expected with any cot, even the Boori!! Hubby initially found it difficult to dissasemble but with practice as hed done it a few times worked it out.

Terrible – Very disappointed about the mold. I have fearfully wondered if the glue in the compressed board used for the base is actually decomposing. Once again we are reminded that it's always better in the long run to spend a little extra to buy more quality goods. The next cot will have to be solid wood throughout. The ability to convert to a toddler bed.… Read more

Within a year of use, the base slats started molding. We live in Auckland which has high humidity at times, but we have not experienced molding of any other item in our house. The mold is a green/white coloured powder and it smells very strongly toxic. We did wash it down and put it out in the sunshine to dry thoroughly. But the mold returned and we are having to replace this cot.

Good – The cot is stylish, and comes in different colours (mine is chocolate stain). The box/advertising did not highlight the conversion to a toddler bed so this was an added bonus. We have now used the cot for 6 months and am very happy. Value for money, clean lines, base can be in two positions. Matching change table. Available at Target… Read more

(regularly on sale). The paintwork scratches fairly easily (we have now added a plastic guard to the main rail). Assembly of the cot was a little confusing due to the inclusion of toddler bed parts. The brake on the castor snapped off when moving the cot.

Good – When I was researching cots, I found that there was little difference between the brands except price. They all have to meet Australian standards, after all. So I chose a cot based on price and I'm very happy with it. It's a simple design and looks great. Good quality and inexpensive. I love the fact that it will convert to a toddler bed. The… Read more

"click" noise when I pull the side up can sometimes wake my daughter when I've been trying FOREVER to settle her. I've also manage to scratch and chip the paintwork on the top of the drop-side when I've put my daughter to bed.

Good – I like the style of this cot in white. It has a simple yet classic look and the finish is very smooth. Unfortunately it took some time to set it up because the instructions were not very clear. There were extra pieces to convert it to a toddler bed but we weren't sure which pieces these were exactly. In the end we just did what we thought looked… Read more

right. There are wheels on the 4 legs making it easier to move the cot around - these can be locked in place too. One side can be lowered for easier access to newborn babies. A great cot for a good price! Simple design with a nice finish Instructions could be more explanatory
