Hi, I've had ours now for about 18 months. I am very happy with it. Fridge side is great. The freezer is good however it is a little small, but as we use it as an overflow fridge n freezer it suits our needs. Since getting this we have also bought the black smaller fridge n the chest freezer all of which I'm happy with.
Further, have never used the water dispenser
I purchased a 559L side by side (black) 2 weeks ago. The bottom half of the fridge, including the door and crisper draws does not get cold. Already had to throw produce and milk out due to this. Wish I had checked the reviews before buying as this isn't good enough.
Could be just yours, I've had mine for 8 months nearly and have no issues.
I purchased this fridge 18 months ago but have never been able to use the water dispenser. It leaks constantly, even after it has been pushed down into place properly. Is there a way to resolve this?

I have just purchased the same CHiQ side by side model, but in white. Early days are not too bad, but I was wondering if there is any way to adjust the flow rate of the water dispenser - as it pours very slowly?
Morning Brendan, thank you for your enquiry. This unit doesn’t have water flow adjustment for the dispenser. Please push the water container down firmly or tap it on the top cover and make sure the dispenser is in the correct position.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, please have a copy of your proof of purchase ready and call CHiQ on 03 8545 7388 to arrange a warranty claim.

I have a chiq side by side fridge freezer which has a water dispenser on it. The fridge is making loud ticking noises. Not all the time but it wakes me up at night. It is a loud noise. The unit is only new and was making this noise from the start. What is it and what should I do? It is under warranty. Thanks for your help. Sue
