Follow-up · Not any noisier than most .clothes have much less wrinkles than my other machine .And come out so much dryer. I spin on 700 .15minute cycle is great. Can't fault performance or Cost ..!!!!
I will never purchase from “Chiq” again, after using washing machines for 5/6 years each I purchased a new one that broke after 3 months. Warranty not valid as it was a seal issue after not even 3 months? With two people using it? When disputed was hung up on when I stated firmly I would not be paying for someone to come out and see the issue. $500 piece of garbage.. buy any other brand than this. Sounds cheap and is cheap. Terrible warranty experience – Can’t fault the washing machine but the customer service from Chiq and the warranty claim process are terrible. The glass door got a stress crack a year after purchase due to a manufacturing fault in the glass. that they would only send out a tech if I agreed that I would pay the $200 plus if the tech found us at fault which I’m sure would be off putting if someone didn’t have that kind of money saved up. The tech found in our favour and the door was replaced 5 weeks after my claim was submitted to them. In the mean time, I had to buy another washing machine from a reputable company as our family couldn’t be without a washing machine for so long. I will never buy anything from Chiq/Chanyong again due to their horrible customer service! Do yourself a favour and buy a good brand if you can afford it.

Surprisingly good and quiet – Purchased the Chiq 8.5KG front-loading washing machine for a studio rented out and am surprised at the quality of wash and quiet operation.
