the entire manual and watched the chiq videos on youtube, so I was well informed. This machine washes well and clothes come out dry. It's so quiet. The spin is quiet, but sometimes it can be very noisy. I take it because sometimes it may be a bit unbalanced? Is that normal? How do I rectify this problem? Other times it's completely silent.....Other than that, it's great..... I have a chiq red retro fridge which I love too. I've had that for 2 years and it's still going strong.
Great value – No faults minus the uneven load sensor which trips often if loads are uneven which causes clothes to come out soaking wet as it reduces spin speed by a huge load.
Door won't open – The door lock won't go off and clothes are stuck inside no matter how long u leave it !!!
Great washing machine – I have only used it a couple of times but so far very happy. It’s quiet and it can be set to a short cycle which was important to me.

Fancy oversized front window makes it look the business. Small footprint Emits blue led disco light inside barrel :) Easy to use touch screen ( mind you i haven't even read the manual when operating the mc) Can be run cold water only or 20deg, upto 95degc Can be manually set to spin at 900, 1200 or 1400rpm ( default 900rpm). Minimal use of water. Cons: There's some/ subtle knocking noise when it spins A lot of intermittent water fill noise. This mc does a lot of partial fills. if you've good water pressure, you'll hear it getting fill. I had to turn the tap valve down which did reduced the water flow noise. Balancing. You will need get this perfectly balance with little flat blade spanners under the machine. This is tricky given the gap of 20mm or so. I would advise you buy yourself a door jack from ebay for $10 to save your fingers and frustration because you need 2 hands to lock the nut against the rubber stop. note if it's out of balance, the mc will walk whilst spinning.

But most of all, if you spin the dial right, you can recreate the baby shark tune. which is a rather strange thing for me to find out in a couple of hours of owning.
So now, while i am so far impressed with the machine, its like a party rave child that i didnt ask for.
