Very poor quality, the first to be defrosted plus food when power goes out for a day, lost all our food its terrible, do not even keep food cold after a day with no power

Lifespan of Freezer is low – So i bought this freezer in march of 2019, as one would expect a freezer to last at least 5 years if not 10 but no just before Christmas 2022 it died, which is 9 months past the 3 year warranty period but within the 10 year warranty on the compressor. worth of food, which is fine i guess. So sent it in for repair but no it was a faulty circuit board so is not covered by warranty any longer. and Chiq wont repair it which is fine i guess its out of warranty my bad.

So in short if you want a freezer that will last don't buy this one its $599 that wont even live out the life of the compressor warranty.

CHiQ Freezer stopped working, only 12mnths old!!! – Made a huge mistake buying this very dodgy and useless brand/product. I had my reservations but thought I'd give CHIQ a go...NEVER AGAIN. is only a bit over 12mnths old this is a disgrace. Their product isn't fit for purpose and is simply "Junk". If they can't support their warranty, and now I know why....they don't want to honor the very many claims they have. They should be banned from our marketplace as the product doesn't last or perform to an acceptable consumer standard. Personally I have re-enforced my new buying behavior which is to if possible, not buy anything that is Chinese Made. I hope this warning helps others. I know its easy to buy on price. But lets be clear its cheap for a reason, ie its generally nasty and poorly made. And when you count the cost of the spoiled food inside you actually have saved nothing. My advise is if its CHIQ DONT TOUCH IT. Further this should also encourage all of us to look at alternate brands that are not Chinese. I understand a lot are from China and under license. That is another issue. If its a "CHINA MADE PRODUCT" such as Chiq or Haval etc...don't touch it. You will regret it. (and for the companies who have their product manufactured under license in China, then you should be thinking carefully about that, as your brand will also get tarnished by the "cheap and nasty" label that applies to most things out of China). Time to change our buying behavior and stop supporting the poorly made poor quality products that fail and then you have no support. Chiq don't care.

Horrible Unit, doesn't freeze properly – Bought this unit because it seemed good value, unfortunately hasn't even last 4 weeks, started leaking oily substance, and tonight on all of the nights Xmas Eve, went pull out some meat, all defrosting and not frozen, to make it worse have new born baby which was the driver for getting the unit, and all the expressed breast has thawed and is ruined 6months supply down the toilet, words can't not explain my anger and disappointment... Large Capacity Compact Upright Freezer. Great Price & Big Warranty – We purchased this freezer from Winnings in July 2019, it arrived and was unpacked by delivery men. had a choice from Winnings to have a refund or to wait for arrival of new shipment. Revisiting options, we could not find another freezer brand to beat price, size and value for money. We already have a chest freezer and We wanted something we didnt have to remove baskets, and then dig down into the bottom, to see what food was forgotten, we now have reduced freezer requirements, and only required a freezer of smaller capacity.

I love the clear deep drawers in this Chiq Freezer, easy to sort and separate food types, a drawer for meat, veges, frozen meals, etc. all space can be filled, no digging into deep baskets. For moderate freezer storage and easy to find what you want, I recommend this freezer.

Chiq is an unknown brand to us, but wasn't worried about purchasing this brand , as Winnings have always taken care of service issues inside or outside of warranty times, with all our previous purchases from them. On that note, this freezer has a 3 year warranty, and 10 years on compressor. A great warranty cover!

The freezer takes up minimal space, looks good, and is quiet. I paid $466 with free delivery. Storage capacity is 185 litres.

the part, surprising he did metal beating and fix the part. I wan't happy and asked to get brand new part. had to called the customer service many time again chasing for my part. eventually I got my part around the 22 of August. took so long for a small part, wondering what if the motor need replace or the freezer break? so disappointed.

unit plus 10 year on compressor. (Current deal.) Would definitely recommend at this price point and warranty, if you can get it.
