jones store. This is not the first time I am buying a luxury item and I was buying myself a birthday gift so I think I have the right to take my time and be satisfied with my purchase. I am very disappointed with the service LV have better customer service than this. I wasn’t even asked if I want a drink while the other customers in the store got a drink. Is there a criteria for who gets offered a drink. I wanted to say to him why are you get frustrated or maybe someone else can help me. I still bought the wallet I wanted just the experience was not fun. I don’t know if I will buy another Dior product again. The security guy at the door showed better service.

Impossible to buy online – I cannot get through online as wrong password and when sending me a new password its expired (20 seconds). How on earth can a new customer get through. I have ordered before but last two occasions cant get through. Whoever designed website for ordering didnt do a good job. 5 stars for great products Show details

Don't trust promises that are not in writing – I was lied to by their sales assistant at the department store. I reached out to Dior to ask about my points multiple times but I was ignored. I am a Gold member but that doesn't matter to them.

ones! It’s the ONLY company I have ever dealt with that doesn’t reply phone calls or emails!! I guess they aren’t what we all thought Dior were. I wasted hours trying to purchase and it seems none care. Even their supervisor didn’t respond my calls or texts either! And I am always kind & polite. A company I purchased from for nearly 30 years treats you like this. Now I have to contact the ACCC! Great customer service Dior! I would rather have customer service not free gifts!

service department flatly refused because I'm ONE WEEK over the return window! Spoke to [Name Removed] (supervisor, said he'd get back to me - I'm not hopeful as he was just as unwilling) This is a massive cost for a senior - I'm absolutely gutted. I love my wife so much and just try to make her happy - boy, can someone ruin that in a heartbeat.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Dior quality, and even more disappointed that Dior doesn't make the customer whole ASAP.

Wanted to find out if the Diorshow line was defective with fading pigment or just a one off bad product and hopefully exchanging but ended up simply asking for a refund from Myer because I couldn’t get help from Dior directly in a timely manner. When they finally responded I explained I had returned the product after waiting weeks with no response and that I was really disappointed with their service. After all that I still didn’t get a response with an explanation or apology. After spending a lot of money on cosmetics with this company I am so disenchanted at the lack of care of a loyal customer - clearly customer retention isn’t in their business plan. Luxury prices but bargain basement service. 0 stars.

but I know it is made in Paris and that Dior only uses high quality ingredients.

When you start noticing small bumps from cheap concealer you attract yourself to a product that is light-bearing and lasts longer around the eyes.

really full and long lash, perfect when you want your eyes to pop.

Iconic - I also bought the Iconic mascara as well, just as impressed as I was with the extase. The Iconic brush even slightly curls your lashes, so its great for those who's eyelashes tend to be straight rather than curled. It's also really easy to remove, don't even really need makeup remover, just washing with some warm water and it pretty much slides off in tubes from your eyelashes, so easy. Great coating of eyelashes, lengthens and thickens them without clumping. The brushes are great, different brushes & mascaras for different kinds of eyelashes. So simple, and easy, don't have to keep going over your lashes to make them longer of thicker, does it pretty much first go. Expensive
