As a whining boomer – Who thinks my sh^t doesn't stink. I found this unit to be much worse than the ones we used to hand make out of string and rocks glued together with our impudent rage from being talentless imbeciles. No, wait, it works well as described, when installed correctly and AFTER READING THE MANUAL. It's a direct flow hot water system not a 1000litre nuclear powered fission reactor.

Avoid – Water temp and pressure varied. Stopped working completely after 5 years of intermittent use at our holiday home.
Not worth the water wasted trying to get some hot water – was sold this unit by a plumber to replace a stored unit that failed. within a period of time the unit stopped supplying hot water intermittently to which I contacted Chromagen directly. was told by representative that warranty must by handled by the installer. Upon contacting installer was informed that the visit must be paid for "as it will not be a warranty issue" Some days the water is close to the set temp but most times it is only luke warm, I can shower under it without any added cold. today I have tried 7 times to get water to wash dishes, repeatedly turning on and off the water to no avail. I recommend you don't purchase this unit.

So far ok this chomogen Eternity Plus M20 – This is a replacement to eternity T20. Eternity T20 made in Japan but this model M20 made in China but have a 6.5star energy rating as T20was only 6star. Same type of construction but a few internal electronic parts are changed. I had a borken T20 and now replaced by this M20. Hot water coming good but don't know how long. Will change my review if anything goes wrong.
