Clairol Nice 'n Easy 100 Natural Lightest Blonde

Clairol nice n easy 9.5A – For 15 + years Ive used 98 or 100. The new equivalents do not produce the same beautiful natural colours. They are shocking. Eg 9.5A Turns the hair a green greyish colour. Clairol Nice n Easy is horrific now in describing what the colour of your hair turns out!!!!!! – I always used 10CB and loved it. It disappeared and I was told to buy 11C. My hair is an absolute sight, awful with a dirty gray blackish tone when wet. These colours bear no resemblance to what they describe. I hate it now. Changing to a different brand. Very disappointed – I have used this product for many many years. What have they done to it? It is now so harsh, the “perfume” is dreadful too. The most recent application has reacted badly leaving me with blisters on my scalp & staining to my neck. Help! Show details

Nice easy colour disaster – I have used nice easy 100 natural pale blond for more than 20 years, loved the multi tone colour and condition of my hair, but first time I used the new mix, my hair is ruined, the colour is horrendous and the condition is awful, certainly won’t be using it again, now the task of getting my hair colour back to normal, you have really let your loyal customers down.

Absolutely ruined my hair – I’ve used Clairol Nice & Easy for well over 20 years and was very happy with colour and condition of my hair but since Clairol changed the ingredients my hair had gone coarse and like straw and it has gone like it’s been over processed and yet I have followed the instructions.

New formula has caused sore itchy scalp – I’ve used nice and easy for 33 years never had a problem but this new formula has caused sore itchy scalp .so disappointed will have to try a different brand which I’m sure will be a disaster right before Christmas too.

Nice and easy 100 – Since you changed the numbers on Nice and Easy the colours are not the Same. Very angry at the colour of my hair now, I won't be buying your product any more, as many people are saying the same thing.

Terrible – I have used Nice N Easy for years, 50 to be exact, without any problems until they changed the formula. The new formula has left my hair very dry and itchy and clumps of my hair are falling out when I shower. My hair is coarse now as well and thinner. I want them to go back to the original formula. I am going to have to look for a new hair color product.

Bring back my Nice and Easy 100 – Another loyal customer lost who relied on my trusty shade 100 - 25 years of using 100 - a beautiful colour now ruined. Am having to move on to other brands, the replacement is dull, darker bordering on greeney grey tinge - Horrible horrible horrible! I'm gutted.

Terrible results bring back the old product – I have used number 100 nice and easy for years. I’m absolutely devastated by the results of the new product. Changed my hair colour and looks nothing like it use too.

Horrid – Have used for 20 years, am a blonde and this just brighten my colour. The new mixture makes it a dirty blonde. Please go back to the old colour, this is awful. Update Coty bought out Clairol ,they did not buy the formula, they made their own horrid mixture,So I fear that the old formula will never come back.

New improved hair color is not the same as the old one – Just bought the new product that took over the nice and easy hair color with rose and did not come out like it use to. So different everyone said it looked bad will never buy again been using for years

Withdraw this product – This new product should come with a government health warning and it would read like this. about and change it back. I’ve just bought 14 off amazon which will last me 7 months, you feel sorry for the ladies that have not been so lucky. Please bring it back and put the smile back on our face again.

Hate it ! Change it back !! – I've used it for 10 years it was always good and consistent. Now it's awful. Change it back please! I will have to look for another product . You've lost a loyal customer.

Hate it hate it – The new colours are simply awful, I’ve tried 3 light blondes now and the all colour out a mucky blonde, I’ve had to Put lemons on my hair to strip the colour out which is ruining my hair, clsriol need to re think about bringing the old one back as I will now switch brands after having 20 year of gorgeous blonde please please Bring it back, one very unhappy customer.

Used for years now my hair has streaks of greyish blue – My hair used to get compliments left and right now people are asking me why I have streaks of blue and grey in my hair. I tried it a 2nd time and didn’t leave it on as long. Still the same out come.

Why fix something that’s not broken – Why fix something that’s not broken, I would never use the new formula again. I used the old formula for over thirty years, and never had a problem. I don’t know what to use next time I colour my hair, but it won’t be nice n easy.

Green staining on my hair...New improved joke!? – Really very disappointed and most unexpected to end up with disgusting green streaks. I am going to need professional help with this. I’ve been using the old formula very happily for years, without complaint. Wanted to redo my hair as I have an interview tomorrow, I cannot go looking like this. This has far reaching consequences.

Why so much change? – I can’t see that this is an improvement having to squeeze the tube into the liquid - really awkward. used to buy 100 then it changed to 9PB and now I thought I’d bought the same one and it’s 9B! I’m going to have to experiment with a new colour/brand all over again when I was perfectly happy with the old one. Not a good move Clairol.

Used to be natural pale blonde – I’ve used this hair dye for 30 years, 100, natural pale blonde. The new colour made my hair a duller ash blonde instead of a pale light bright blonde which I used to receive loads of comments about. Very disappointed, would love to see the old formula and colours back.

New formular is rubbish – I have used nice n easy for years and years with really good results. The new formula is awful - instead of blonde my hair is a dull reddish colour. Proctor and Gamble go back to the old formula before you lose all your customers. I will definitely not use the new formula again. Also smell made me nauseous.

New formula is nowhere near as good! – I've used this product for years and it always covered my grey and left my hair soft and shiny. Used the new formula last week and it looks no different. Still have grey and it feels really dry. Needs doimg again already. Will have to swap brands now which i'm wary of doing but needs must. Very disappointing.

9.5 – Clairol..what have you done!!!..I was in sainsburys today ,,and 4 people including me didn't know which of your colours they should now buy..it would have helped if you put the former numbers on them,,you have on one or two...but that's no help..but listening to others the colours arnt the same anyway..you certainly done a good job this time...are you trying to ruin your business!!

Dreadful – Used nice n easy colours for a while since changed packageing colour is awful. Made my roots and colour go bright orange did not blend well atall wish old colour would be brought back

Very disappointed – Have used this for many years. When the packaging changed I thought it would have just been that but the colour is totally different. I’m now looking to find another brand. Colour is totally different and has a peachy rose gold look to it. Absolutely hated the colour! Very disappointed to say the least.

Much Darker – Just used the new 9PB Light Pale Blonde, i've used this colour for years, it used to be number 100, the new formula is much darker and dull, my hair looks grey, very disappointed and now I don't know which colour to choose next time.

So upset with new nice n easy – I have used no 100 now 9pb for over 10 years have just used new and improved and I could cry as colour no where near it is now a dull dirty blonde as before it was a lovely light shade. I have washed it and washed it in the last hour, why change colour I don't understand it. Please go back to how it was before

Colour changed completely – Used this 'new' product this morning which has resulted in a completely different colour. I have used this shade for years and it was Nice n Easy, this one isn't. So disappointed. Why change a product that people like to one that people obviously don't???

Change the colour too dark – Please change back to the old ones the colour is darker than the old 100 /9PB it’s awful I’ve used it for longer than I can remember the tube hard to use with Arthritic hand
