Very disappointed – Have been using this regularly for years dyed my hair today and I looks as if has taken all the colour out my hair is now silver grey. Checked the box as I thought I had bought the wrong colour but no it is the same as I used previously. I’m furious! – I have always used this product and the same colour for years. It always worked perfectly. This time it came out dark brown not blonde. I will never buy this product ever again! I can’t stand it and will have to redo it tomorrow. Buyer beware. Show details

I actually like it – I actually like the baby blond. It gives lots of blond shades in natural blonds. It’s not a very light blond but a natural blond. Probably a bit brassy the first week but using a silver/purple conditioner fixes the brassiness within the first week. Leave it on 40min instead of 30min and it gives a lighter blond result. Believe all the negative reviews – Since the revised formula the product is clearly poor. Regretfully I agree with the many, many negative reviews that have arisen since the formula changes. Terrible!!! – I've used nice n easy for years i'm not looking for a new product as the new formula is AWFUL. It's harder to use the creme seems to stick to the bottom of whatever your'e mixing it in, it is now not covering all my grey, i can't believe how they have RUINED a great product.

Not at all good – Have used the old formula for about 30 years, but not any more. Left an orange brassey tone and didn't cover at all well. Will need to find an alternative.

Never use this rubbish again product should be banned – Take this garbage off the shelves! your product has ruined hundreds of people's hair including mine!and has had hundreds if not thousands of bad reviews and complaints and yet it's still on sale it should come with a warning!

Colouring – I now have to buy two hair dye's as my hair is getting longer but i'm still having the same problem metal tubes i have raynaulds in my hands and also arthritis and trying to squeeze the contents is very hard

Awful!!!! – I've used Nice & Easy for over 20 years and never had a problem until now. The new formula is very fierce and makes my scalp itch and caused a rash round the hairline. I am stuck now for what to use. Please bring the old product back which was gentle and caring.

Horrendous since you changed the formula – I have used this dye for years and loved it now formula has been changed I'm left with ginger roots and dry frazzled hair get it back to old formula or you'll lose hundreds of customers including me.

New formula is terrible – What have you done to this product it's absolutely awful I've used baby blonde for years but now I'm sitting with yellow tones and has like straw! Your company should be fined as you've probably ruined hundreds of women's hair I don't understand why it had to be changed at all you'll lose thousands of customers now! myself included!

Wrecked the condition of my hair – Wash my hair twice a week. Re do my roots every 6 weeks with minimum exposure to hair length. True blonde,Great quality product – This is one box blonde dye that what you expect is what you get,if you want true baby blonde hair,easy to apply,smells a little strong but doesn't damage hair,great value.

Rubbish – I'm changing my supplier this is awful... why change it and are they not listening to valued customers seems like my phone company we obv dont matter. I cant see it lasting but it will be too late

Rubbish! – I have used Nice ‘n Easy for years with no problem but the new formula did not cover my roots at all. I will be switching to another brand! I also found the new formula very drying as well.

Disappointing – I am very unhappy with the new formula. After using the same colour for the past three years, I was upset by the outcome of the 'improved' formula as my hair had brassy yellow tones. The colour marketed as 101/9.5a left me with a lovely whitish blonde and I received many compliments. Why they have changed an excellent product I do not know. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Stop changing things – I've used this for years, now they've changed everything, the box, the numbers and the colour activator. I loved this product but not anymore, why can't they just leave things alone that is obviously a good product, the cream activator in a tube is too messy and goes all over whereas the bottle you just poured in was fine, I'm not happy now with this product.

Bitterly disappointed with the new formula – I have been using Nice and Easy for 50 years and results have been amazing. The new Clairol is so disappointing. hasn't happened. Friends also comment that my hair doesn't look as good as previously. I'm bitterly disappointed.

I think it's unlikely that the original will be reinstated and it means I will have to find another brand.

roots are actually lighter than usual which I'm very happy with as my natural colour is very dark brunette. No yellow tones, smells better than the old one and pleased with the end colour, however it is messy and runny and awkward trying to squeeze the colourant into applicator bottle, old bottles quicker, cleaner and easier to use. Really does dry your hair out though so recommend a good conditioner to your hair before dying and had to use two tubes of conditioner after rinsing off. A little bit of breakage afterwards so will probably change to another brand after using this for 8 years. Nice colour, but damages hair far too much.

Disappointed – I have been using the old formula for years and I'm so unhappy with the new one that I'm stopping using this product. It's very runny so it's difficult to control if you just want to do your roots. It's smells better than the old formula but that's the only good thing I can say about it. My hair is so dried out after only using it twice that I'm really worried and the colour is horrible - really yellowish. I will definitely not buy it again.

NOT good – I have used this for years. Hate the change. No more natural looking hair just solid block colour... looks and feels horrible. I will be now be looking for an alternative brand.

over by COTY shame on you COTY for not facing up to your responsibilities and speaking to customers. I used original formula for years no problem, now I need to find alternative. I will be contacting an independent consumer advice and complaints because I want this company outed instead of hiding, I suggest others do the same.

What have you done !!! – Always used this product does not cover grey anymore very hard to get out tube much waste and it's so so greasy why did I change away from small blue bottle

Why Change What Worked – What have they done to this product used it for years always with good results, I will not be using again hair was sticky could not rinse it off easily, colour dark and patchy did not cover grey. Very annoyed.

you change it ? It was fantastic before. I've always bought clairol, but will definitely be changing from now on. Had recommended it to a friend today, will now have to un recommend .

Waste of money – Used this product for many years and been very satisfied but find after using it for the last 2 times it isn't covering my grey. I will not be buying this product again. Total waste of £9 for the 2 packs.

Poor. coverage – I have used nice'n easy twice now. No grey coverage at all in fact instead of covering the grey it has whitened my hair especially around my face where I particularly wanted to cover the grey hairs. Disappointed in product.
