Very dull and hair in rotten condition after – I bought this as liked the colour on the box. I already have red hair but with grey coming thru abit. New Formula is Nice n Easy 110 – I’ve been a Nice & Easy 110 for over 30+ years. The "new and improved" 110 gives a totally different result. My roots are a vibrant shade of orange and the rest of my hair is streaky looking and different shades of red. The roots are looking awful. Please, please go back to the old formula. I don’t want to have to go to another hair color!!

with 2 washings a week to a brownish color. Leaves my hair looking dry and not shiny at all like the old formula. Please, please go back to the old formula.

110 permanent colour – Cannot find a colour match to the original no 110, tried endless nice n easy colours but without success. I wash my hair twice a week & the dye lasts approximately 3 to 4 months. No problems to my health or texture of my hair. Love the easy application & end result, no stain or colour on my skin or clothes.

Bring back the old Clairol! Your new cream dye is not good at all! Why would you change something th – Your new cream product is terrible! Why would you replace something that worked very well? Your old product, the liquid nice & easy hair color was excellent! Please bring this back because now I have to look for a new brand! Ahhhhh

New Formula Sucks – I’ve been mixing NNE light auburn and medium auburn (50/50 mix) for the past 20 years. My color was perfect. I tried the new formula- now that the colorant is creme instead of liquid it is impossible to determine how much colorant you are using. The color does not come out the same. Hair is dull - used to be shiny. Color totally faded by week three. This product is horrible. Time to shop L’Oreal unless they restore the old NNE.

Please stop fixing that which isn't broken! For the love of God!!!!!!! – I've always used nice and easy. It was the only hair color that covered my stubborn grey. I always had the perfect shade of Red that lasted 6 weeks and it was always soft. without shine. The conditioner is worthless too. The roots turn a creepy looking orange and if you spill the product on your skin (or anywhere else) you must get a S.O.S pad to get it off! I tried this new "formula" twice and it has ruined my hair!! I had to cut it all off! I will never use this product again unless the original 110 Lt Auburn formula is brought back!! years and have had many compliments on the colour including from my hairdresser. Why change something that was perfect?PLEASE,PLEASE bring back the old formula.Whatever will i use now?

What have they done? – Been using Nice and Easy Lt. Auburn for years with great results. From the second I applied it, it burnt and stung, but I continued the process. It stained my scalp and face, left my hair greasy and limp, and a unnaturally vibrant shade of red. Please change back to the old formula, or I will not be using this in the future.

New and Improved is awful – I have used Nice and Easy Medium Auburn (111) for years and always had compliments on the color. The new and improved is awful. Color turned out darker. Makes hair look stringy and greasy. Didn't use conditioner 2nd time but it was not the conditioner. Why did they have to change something that was right the way it was? Duh.

The cream formula is terrible – The new cream formula doesn't cover as well and doesn't empty easy into the applicator bottle. So mad. I've used this product for years and now I'm going to have to look for a new brand. Change it back!

Nightmare – I have been using this colour for 10 years and have never had an issue until you changed it to new and improved!! The colour is completely different. Instead of light auburn it’s a cheap nasty red tone. Please put back to the way it was or advise what dye to get that actually is natural light aburn

both messy and hard to do with arthritic hands and it doesn't completely mix well. I am so disappointed to say the least and if I can't fix this colour I will definitely be switching brands. I will now go to all the stores that carry your product and see if I can find old stock to fix this.

If I could have given this 0 stars i would....i hate this new nice n easy...more like lank n greasy! Take heed and bring back what works....until then I will have to try alternative products and hopefully find one I like.

Don't buy this new nice n easy...its just not what it was...and certainly not worth it.

Worked on my copper brown hair – My hair was a light copper brown with blonde and mousy brown regrowth. Couldn't find a copper dye so I used the Auburn and it coloured my white blonde AND brown regrowth evenly even though they were like ten shades different. I have strange regrowth lol which is always an issue when using warm dyes because it comes through too bright at the frame of my face. However this was the first colour to properly cover it all. Wish I could add a photo.

Away the grey days – Always used this product as nice an easy to use Great shine an blends all colours in I always did it myself ,then roots every four weeks Use the other half of bottle on my pall

OLD BUT STILL NATUARAL – Coloured my Hair Ultra Light Blonde 4 days ago always satisfied with the results as always can only say for me a very good product thanks Clairol having my hair looking natural keeps me feeling young
