Ugly disgusting mess – Ugly didn't come out the color it said it would. It was supposed to be light caramel brown and I knew it was supposed to have a little orange tint but now I’m realising it’s not supposed to be this orange. I now look like an Oompa loopa Show details

Very disappointed in your product – I have used Nice and Easy colours for a long time but in the last few months the colour disappears by the next day almost so I try another colour thinking it is my hair then read these reviews only to discover it is the product. Yesterday I used another brand and my colour today has not changed so will never use your products again. Show details

Hate it, looking for an alternative now – So disappointed, I’ve used the same colour for ages, loved the conditioner too. After 1st use of the new product it coloured my scalp and skin where the dye touched, even though I cleaned it off straight away. The dye felt thick and oily. The conditioner didn’t help at all and my hair felt and looked like straw after coulouring. I bought 2 boxes but won’t be using the second. Tomorrow i will be changing brands.

New formula doesn’t mix well – Really disappointed with the new formula. Left my hair patchy. After 7 years will now be looking for new brand gutted the old one was fantastic everyone commented on how healthy and shiny it was before... not happy customer
