Liquid has better coverage than cream – I have used clairol nice and easy liquid form for the past 20 years and it has been Brilliant coverage and I couldn’t be happier. Since they have recently changed it to Cream form it does Not cover well. It’s a pity am changing to another liquid form company than some most of Cream form. So upset I have lost the pefect hair colour – Nice n easy was the best on the market, I loved it. why have you changed something that was perfect. problem. You have had many loyal customers for over 30 years, me being one of them, you really owe it to us to sort this out, or Nice n Easy will be NO MORE!!! Please, please, bring back our much loved original Nice n Easy.

Awful new formula – I have been using Nice and Easy hair colour for a few years and loved it. I really dislike the new formula, don't like the use of the metal tube as you don't know how much has been left in the tube. thought I hadn't rinsed it properly, however I did it last night and rinsed thoroughly and today my hair looks and feels disgusting. Please go back to the old packaging and fomula.

Hair loss! – Have used product for many years; loved color, coverage, ease of use. One time using new & improved(?) formula 6 weeks ago; my hair is still falling out in HANDFULS.
