Awful result! Very disappointed! – Ive been using these products for years and recently very disappointed with the darkness and dullness of the colour which is usually vibrant. Approached them on messenger to ask about the numerous boxes of this awful product that I have left that I cant use...and the after sales service was atrocious! Woolworths. Even though Clairol tell me I can. My local Woolworths stopped stocking the colour. I'm worried it will be discontinued. Can't get the one that's advertised on tv by Stacey Dooley either.

Not good as it used to be – Used to be my go-to colour, but since the formula changed it dyes unevenly.On previously treated hair-same colour.On roots-just auburn shine.It does leave hair healthy and undamaged. Residue is easy to wipe off.  Show details

Never an issue – Not sure what all the other complaints about this product are but I have no issues with the new formula & I've also been using this product for years. It's not supposed to be a copper as it's auburn. It's definitely a natural colour as I always get compliments - no one know I dye my hair! Show details

Painful Burning Disaster! – I’ve been using hair dyes for decades and this is the first one to ever burn my scalp. Bring back original. This crieme blend TERRIBLE!!! – I have been using 110/6R for the best part of 10 years and loved it. This new formula is NOT improved. All of that time my colour has looked natural and I always received compliments, even from hairdressers. My hair is now ORANGE instead of COPPER and looks terrible. Do not like the new creme formula! – I used the old liquid formulas for literally 40 years, and they were wonderful: easy and quick. The new creme formulas are not the same color, and they take longer to mix, especially since I have always blended two different colors together (light brown and dark auburn). CLAIROL, PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD LIQUID FORMULAS EXACTLY AS THEY USED TO BE! If my frustration is not resolved soon, I will explore other brands. Show details

The colour is definitely not the same with the new formula! – Have used for years but my recent application was awful. The actual colour looked false ( this was never the case with the old formula). NOT new and improved!!! – I really liked the BORN RED 6R/110!!! BUT : 6R light auburn new & improved was NOT SAME. Tube was hard to mix. It Burned scalp on application. And did not like color. Dreadful color change – I have used Clairol 6R for many years. It was a light bright Auburn, color with lots of red highlight. I am stunned that Clairol thinks this new formula color is, in any way, similar to the one I was using. mirror and my mouth fell open!! The tube of cream is difficult to get into the applicator bottle.

I think it should be illegal to use a picture of someone on the box that has NEVER used this new formula! The model on the box is exactly the same as before.

The only saving grace seemed to be that it washed out in a couple of washes!

I will never use that color again, and after reading some of the other reviews, I can't even change to another Clairol color as it seems there is issues with everyone of them!

Absolute trash – I used this hair dye on LIGHT blonde hair to turn my hair auburn as the result showed on the box. However. It didn’t dye any of my hair. Only my roots.
