Clairol Nice 'n Easy 7C Dark Cool Blonde

not happy – I have been using Nice and Easy for over 30 years now and have been very happy with the end result. Over the past year I have noticed a change in the condition of my hair after using your product, it is not for the better. My hair used to look and feel soft and silky every time I coloured it, NOT ANYMORE! It now feels dry instead of silky and doesn't have that shine to it anymore. I thought that maybe it was the overuse of the honey blonde colour I have been using for the past 4 years, so I decided to try the dark blonde yesterday. I am very disappointed with the colour, It looks more mousey brown than blonde and nothing like the colour chart on the back. it also says that grey hair will have a lighter finish. Well, no it hasn't. I will have to live with this colour now for the next couple months before I dare colour it again. please bring back the old formula.

Dreadful – I have used this product for years. Why have you changed it the colours are much too dark and my hair is like straw. I will have to change to another brand.

NOT "nice" and NOT "easy"!!! – New product made my scalp burn, stained my hairline and the colour was awful - no longer a lovely subtle dark blonde but dark brassy warm brown! Now ex customer.

This is crap – It's awful.......my hair feels really coarse, my skin is stained, and it's way too dark. Why did you change it.? There was nothing wrong with it before......loved it, been using it for years. Now it's crap.

Awful – I'm so upset... I've used the same colour for the last 5 years but after using it today it's nowhere near the same as usual. It's darker and has also made my head sore. I'm going away for my birthday tomorrow and feel dreadfull.
