I don't know any numbers other than what I use , which is golden dark brown or just dark brown

Just used Clairol 6.5G Lightest Golden Blonde on light brown/gray hair....came out brownish-red (maybe orange!). Hair probably porous now? Used color seal conditioner. Will an ash Nice & Easy (or other Clairol) fix, or cause stranger color problem?

Coty took over Clairol and brought out a new formula for their hair dye. It is BAD in every way, there are hundreds of bad reviews for you to see. If I were you I would give Nice n Easy a wide berth.

I have been using the above for years & now it is shocking. I should have read the reviews but who would think a product would change so much. Can all the light ash blonde people tell me what alternative they are now using please? TIA :)
