Clairol Nice 'n Easy 9PB Light Pale Blonde

New Improved 9PB - I don't think so – Nice & Easy 9PB just AWFUL I have read other reviews on this product, so glad I did. I thought it was just me. I even double checked that I had bought the correct shade because the colour is just nothing like the older version which I had used for years. Do wonder if Clairol have made a mistake in production or labelling of this product. Will try some other Brand won't use 9PB again. Show details

Very disappointed now – I have been using nice and easy for years when it was 100 then it changed to the old 9pb with no difference I was still pleased with the lovely blonde colour it was ,which made me feel bright and vibrant however since the new packaging came out but still 9 pb I am extremely displeased at the colour ,it is no longer a vibrant blonde but looks a very dull blonde and makes me look and feel dowdy ,please go back to your original colour Show details

Terrible – I have been using this colour for about 17 years and always found it very good. I used to colour my hair about very 6 weeks, the last couple of times I've used it, it only stays blonde for about 4 weeks then goes a horrible mousey dark blonde. with the creme tube. I'm considering changing to another brand because I'm so disappointed with this product now. I can't understand why you have fixed something that wasn't broken. Please go back to the old one.

Awful new product – Completely changed the formula. Completely changed the colour. Instead of being called Natural Pale Blonde 9PB it is now called Light Beige Blonde 9B. Difficult to mix, hair looks dull. I even managed to get the old one for a while but now stocks seem to have run out completely. Why did they change it ?!!! Definitely not happy :( Show details

Terrible results with new formula! – I have used this product for 20 years or so. I used to love the color, the highlights, and how conditioned my hair was after coloring. What has happened??!! Dreadful – Wish I had seen these reviews before using this product! Unbelievably horrible – Used natural pale blonde for years but new formula horrible hair the colour of mud. Stock piled on the old boxes But they are done now.phoned Clairol and the girl on the phoned said everyone was complaining. DUH?.DONT know what to do now.must try other brands

Colour has changed in new branding of 9pb for the worse – I have used 100 and then 9pb for the past 16 years and have always loved the colour. This new formula has turned my hair a dull blonde. I only ever tip up my roots because my hair is really long so you can now see the lovely bright blond at the bottom of my hair and the dull shade up the top. It looks stupid! Please please please change the colour back to the much loved original shade Clairol!

It’s awful I now have a dirty blonde colour – I have used the Clairol Nice N Easy colour 100 which then changed to 9PB for many years, I bought 2 of I thought the same colour but on using the first one my hair has been ruined, it’s now coarse and a dirty blonde colour, my natural colour is white and I use 100 or 9PB just to tone it down a bit. Dreadful – Supposedly new and improved..... how can that be said when it is dreadful. I have been using it for 30 years, very happily. Suddenly a new box shape, says it is the same but better!!! colour not right, hair feels coarse, so very disappointed..... why mess with something that works??

Will never use again – Have used this shade of Nice n Easy for at least 10 years. Just used the new formula and can’t believe how bad my hair looks, weird shade. Will never use again. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

Disgustingly awful – I have used 9pb for 5 years and I have never ever ever had a problem. Absolutely loved it. Even better than hair dressers. Anyway, used the new formula once and it’s ruined my hair. My hair has gone brown, it has stretched and broken. Fuming. I will not be using this again unless you go back to the old bottles. Please.

New formula is not the same – I have used 9pb hair colour for a long time getting the colour i was happy with. The new improved formula has changed the colour altogether. new one and its still not right. I've had to pick another colour and hope for the best. Really not happy at all.

The colour isnt what is used to be – For years i've used Natural Pale Blonde 9PB and always loved the colour. The new and improved formula now called Light Pale Blonde 9PB, is not the same colour. This has too much ash in it and looks terrible. The annoying thing is i stocked up on six boxes that i cant use!!
