New 4R Formula is horrible – This review won't let me choose my color but it was 112/4R since the early nineties and the new 4r is a totally different color. Solid, no highlights, brassy. Have combed Ebay for years now and will most likely just not use a Nice N Easy product once I can't find the old stuff. Too bad - loved this color Show details
The worst hair dye I’ve ever used – I am a medium brown colour and just wanted to put over a dark brown over it to cover greys at the root and brighten the ends for an all over coverage. I applied it as directed & waited 20 minutes (which the package says (25-30 minutes) & when I washed it out shampooed and conditioned it’s was BLACK!!! How the hell does that even happen…. No conditioner in the hair dye pack – Acouple of weeks ago i bought a nice n easy hair dye . I opened it up to use the product last week and there wasn't a step 3 ( conditioner in there. I have been trying today to contact the 1800 number the Australian distributor, but couldn't get though on several occasions.
Horrendous – Have used same colour for 10+ years. Lovely purple/brown colour. Really shiny easy to use. New formula awful having to put on twice. Colour really hard to get out of scalp. Hate it. Got three more which are in the refuse bag!!!!! Colour red not purple!!
If you could give no stars I would, expensive product that doesn't work – This is an expensive, ineffective, rubbish product. When I went to find my usual nice and easy (after many years of trusty colour) 121A darkest brown and it wasn't there I had no choice but to have to try something else!! adverse to trying something new if it is better than what came before, but when it is worse and more expensive, that gets my back up. I want my money back. £7.00 down the drain, literally. A sign of the times I am sorry to say..........
Dark Burgandy Brown 3.5 Very disappointed – What has happened to Nice n Easy? The new formula range is very poor quality compared to the old. This new dark burgundy brown is very red compared to the old one. I won't be using Clairol Nice n Easy again after years of being very happy with it :(
