Clairol Nice 'n Easy Age Defy Permanent Hair Colour 5 Medium Brown

Absolutely devastated – I spent so long carefully selecting the perfect medium brown shade to match my hair extensions and it came out black?? worst hair dye I have ever used. I am absolutely devastated. Avoid!

So sad :( – Being a loyal Nice n Easy user for more years than I care to remember. Sooooo disappointed with the new formula really don't know where to turn now as NnE was the only one I found covered my greys to look natural! Why change a winning formula 'If it ain't broke don't fix it' Please give us back our old formula as an alternative to this inferior imposter you have created.

Love the color and shine on nice and easy permanent hair color – I have tried a lot of hair colors I'm a senior. I decided to go with nice and easy I've never tried it before it was the least expensive usually out there on the market. I didn't try it because of the price I always felt that if it was a higher price it was better quality. But I tried it for the first time and I loved it the color was perfect and the shine was better than any product that I have ever used before. It will be my hair coloring of choice from now on

Horrible dark shade – This new packaging and product is not the same shade. I have been using no 5 medium brown for long time and now the shade is more like darkest brown. Also the squeeze tube is horrible

0% Grey Cover, More Orange Than Brown – I coloured my hair this morning using Medium Brown 5, the box says %100 grey coverage, I made sure my greys were well covered and the product was left on longer on the grey areas. The mixture was orange and did not darken to brown over time, the result was extremely dissappointing, I now have orange hair and still have my greys.
