A lot of pain for zero gain – Washes out after one shampoo. This is not a hair dye. A spray in touch up works a lot better than this product.

Product Not Great, Nice Applicator Though – I bought this product because of the applicator, it looked like it would be really easy to apply. The first time I followed the directions and left the dye on for 10 mins and it barely worked at all. The second time I left the product on for 30 mins and it worked a lot better, although I can still see greys and I used heaps of product. My skin is definitely dyed though ugh! The worst thing is that it's only semi-permanent and will soon wash out, why would Clairol not make this product permanent??? Doing roots is painful, no matter how great the applicator is and this is why I probably won't buy this product again. I like the applicator though, I'm going to keep it and try to re-use it with my usual permanent dye next time.

Love this Product – I really love this product, it is so simple and so effective. It covers those 'nasty' greys with ease and usually blends in with your existing colour effortlessly (if of course you select a shade close to your own). It's no mess and no fuss, cheap as chips and extends colour for up to 6 weeks.
