Clairol 9A Root Touch-up Disappointment – Besides me having to leave the product on for at least 30 minutes (instructions said 10 mins) to see any results... there was only enough product for 1/4 of my roots to be covered and I have quite short and fine hair... Didnt do anything – Used the product for regrowth. Left it on for 35 minutes. Hair started a medium brown. Ended up a medium brown. Wasted time and money. Product very weak and not strong enough to change hair colour. Show details

Unhappy with this product – Touch-Up does cover my greys but there is never enough product to finish all my grays. Clairol needs to put a larger tube of dye and more developer in this kit. Show details

Don't waste your money!!! – Followed the instructions, left it on for 10min but noticed no difference to root colour so ended up leaving it on for over 30 min before I got fed up and washed it out hoping that when dry I'd notice a difference but NO! What a joke! A thimblefull of solution. Not even 1 star – I opened this up for the first time, and i could not believe my eyes. 2 tiny little vials which combined did not even cover half of my root growth. They have developed this product, for the same price as an ordinary bottle of hair lightener, but have provided about 1/6 the amount in the regular bottles. list the amount of mls it contains. I now have to spend twice my money, on another box of hair dye, to cover the rest of my regrowth and hair which needs colouring. This doesn’t even deserve 1 star, so deceptive and almost seems like a scam. Shame on you, Clairol.

Ok for touch up for inbetween visits – I always get my hair professionally done but she was away on holidays so I thought give it a go for the 1st time. Doesn't really cover the few greys I have so I left it on for longer, maybe 40mins and then washed out. Maybe a shampoo & conditioner in box would be good. Might use again if I get stuck with hairdresser being on holidays again.

This was an absolute waste of time and money!!! – Used this product on my light ash blonde hair where the grey was showing.Left it for 29 minutes instead of 10 and there was absolutely No difference!!!.I have previously used Nice and Easy products for years but this one was totally ineffectual. Will Not be wasting my money oir time again.
