original shades....What have you changed??? I have also noticed more blue/purple deposits than ever before, and I only put on lengths for 5mins after roots have developed!!!! Surely that should not happen!!! I'm sorry to say I will be trying a new brand, which I'm gutted about as they were very gentle on the hair :-(

Disappointed! – My hair has now turned white, no pigment in it - so I used Natural light summer blonde by Clairol to give it a blond look but it made my hair look a bit grey

Do not use. Left me with a burnt scalp – Have used this product for years - about 20+ - never have I had a problem. Hair always looks very natural. mins but the stinginging started to get worse so I quicky washed it off, worried that I.d be left with orange roots. But in that 5 mins it had lifted the colour that quick that my roots had lightened. But unfortunately my scalp was burnt and was bleeding. I.ve messaged their page and sent a pic of the damage, so far heard nothing back. A skin test did not affect the skin on my arm so you may not know until it.s too late. Be very careful before use

Hair turned blue – Hi clairol. Have used this product for 10 years now and couldn't believe it had turned the top of my hair blue. That new formula yous have changed to is not good bring back the old one off to my hairdresser to get it fixed not happy.

Will never ever use anything else again!!!! – I’ve been using this brand for 16 years!!! First number 87, then SB1 when it launched! Natural and easy to use – I use colour sb1 which works great for me. I have dark blonde hair naturally so i think it lifts easily. Perhaps some people used colours that their hair was too dark for. I love the conditioner that comes with it. Ive used it for a couple of years now and notice the packaging or gloves change but honestly ive never noticed the product itself being any different.

No longer a good product, since it is being made in Thailand – I used to love this product, and used SB1 or SB2. They are not the same, in fact they are a disaster. I realised they were made in the UK, but examination of the box shows they are now made in Thailand. I rang their customer service line in Australia, who insisted it was just the same. Sorry Clairol, it just isn't. I will not ever purchase this again. The colour was awful and my hair texture like straw!

Love it, love it, love it! – I have made the mistake of deviating away from this brand in the past but never again. I use either the SB1 or SB2 blonde colours and they are both absolutely gorgeous. I get such a nice even result. I feel like I can count on this brand of dye. The only thing I don't like is the conditioner as it tends to make my hair greasy.
