Codral Cold & Flu Original

I bought these 2 years ago, to prepare myself for the cold and flu season, I was lucky enough I did not catch a cold last but this year I did, they had plenty of use by date and expired in Sep 2025. I don’t know what they are doing with cold and flu tablets but they don’t work like they used to. I requested the pseudoephedrine brand as the other chemical compound does absolutely nothing for me and to my disappointment it did not work for my aches and pains, cough or runny nose. I woke continuously throughout the night, could not sleep and I did nothing but toss and turn. I assumed the night time tablets were meant to calm and relax the body for a good nights sleep like they used to, they do the exact opposite, I was so wired it kept me awake all night, waking up every hour or so, it finally began to wear off at about 9 or 10 the next morning. Never again. Gone are the days you took cold & flu tablets to soothe and ease discomfort. I have had better luck with Panadol and Nurofen than I did with these. Never did I think it would’ve been the worst nights sleep ever. Codral are not a brand I would ever use again. Check out other brands before you decide to go with codral day & night.

Actually works! – I found this product to be excellent. It is the only medication that has worked for me in warding off cold and flu symptoms. If I take the tablets when I feel the symptoms of cold or flu the symptoms don’t develop. If I start the tablets when I have developed a cold or flu they ease the symptoms and help me to get over the attack so much more quickly which has been liberating for me as in the past I have been prone to bronchitis. This product is so good I’ve raved to my family and friends about it.

won't stop running nose – I tried it couple of times never worked on me, even it seems likes it become worst. It won't let me sleep. This is one of those worst night that I took this medication and it didn't worked, and it's 5.30 in the morning and I'm taking some ginger tea and honey that might help. Nothing won't stop running nose, it's like giving yourself a relief that you have taken any medication.

Excellent – This is my number one choice for a cold and flu medication. I have am very sensitive to drugs and most make me feel very sleepy ( even two panadol) I can take this and safely drive the car and go to work. The product does stop your nose running and some of general misery, high fever of having a cold. It's one of the few that I can take that doesn't make me feel drowsy. The cost is reasonable and affordable. There is nothing I don't like about this product. When used as directed I have found it very good.

Excellent – Codral Cold n Flu Original is what I first used when cold and flu tablets came out and they were great. They actually worked. I was able to function and get through the day when I had a cold, and not sneeze and sniffle over people and gross them out. It was the only thing that stopped my nose from running during a bad cold. However, it is not good to take them for too many days in a row, and it is good to ensure you get adequate rest at the end of the day so that you can recover.
