someone and make sure the store was actually open. I got a person, he took the details of my query, and then I never heard back. Now they're not answering that number either.

Can you really trust them if you buy online and have a fault with the machine? Best go elsewhere.

No Customer Service – I placed an order for 2 items that were marked in stock with the expectation they would be dispatched the next day. Four days later and no changes in updates from when I ordered the part. I sent two emails with no response. They don't provide a phone number to contact them either. I just want the parts to fix my coffee machine...

Irritatingly spammy. Doesn't stop sending irrelevant messages with points, thank you, asking to be part of "the family" – Keeping sending irritating spammy messages asking you to be part of "the family", giving you $1, etc. Imagine of other websites did the same thing we'd get 300 messages a day. Not worth saving $10 to buy there, buy somewhere else that doesn't spam. Oh and you can't unsubscribe with one click too, you need to create an account to unsubscribe.

Great company to deal with – What a fantastic online experience. The staff were friendly, obliging and importantly, contactable. Their web page was comprehensive and easily understood. Amazon. I had to contact Coffee Parts by phone to find what they had done as no courtesy email was sent. In dealing with this and one earlier successful order, phone calls with two staff and emails with one other never felt like I was dealing with an invested or enthusiastic person. In the end I just let Coffee Parts go and walked away. Over-all, the company came across to me like people who pack boxes fast and behave like a bad insurance company when something goes wrong. Recommended attitude: For desperately needed cheap items only, and assume responsibility for a small percentage loss.

Won’t find any better on the market – Received nothing but amazing customer service, great follow up, quick delivery and the part itself was high quality. I ordered from these guys on a Monday and received the shipment on the Tuesday afternoon!! The part was exactly as I ordered (which is rare nowadays). I gave these guys a call to say thank you and the person I was speaking with very polite and grateful for the call. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Great product and service – Amazing service. I placed my order on Wednesday and it was delivered on Thursday ready for the weekend. Even better was the recycled packaging, it really shows that you go above and beyond. My wife is loving her new Moccamaster :-) A big shout out to Pedro who spent a lot of time on the phone with me to help me select the right machine. I would not hesitate to recommend Coffee Parts.

Seems strange to see only negative reviews here I guess people have more to say when something doesn't go their way instantly - This company has been around for years and I can see why.

Sent faulty product/ Very poor customer service – Purchased hario v60 Drip Scales. They delivered faulty product can not be used. No email responds for many days until follow up phone call made. No apology No prompt exchange or refund offered but has to go through warranty claim. Wasted money and time.

Didn't send the replacement (correct) bit by Express Post either, even though I paid for Express on the initial one. Fair to say I'll be avoiding in future.

of the issue. A week later, and replacement parts are in transit to me. It's easy to complain when something goes wrong, and it's easy to be happy when there are no issues. When there is an issue, it comes down to how it is dealt with. This issue wasn't their fault, but their response and customer service was fantastic.

Bad delay in shipping – They decided to use Couriersplease to replace Australian Post as they default courier. Never had this bad experience before. Until I wrote this review, I haven't receive my order yet. Almost a month now. I am not sure why they change their default courier. As wholesale customer, this delay is a big impact.

Order cancelled – I ordered an item from Coffee Parts and received an email confirming and 6 days later was informed that due to a system error the order was cancelled. Disappointing to be messed about like this, but at least they made a prompt refund.

make a direct deposit instead. The business seemed totally disinterested in sorting out my problem and now I am on the phone to my bank to block the transaction. A waste of time and potentially money. I was trying to support a small business.

of the item is not in the stock due to a system glitch. I underdtand that could be a techniqal error. But at least they could have decency to tell me about it which they did not for a week untill I call them,and I am sure they will never if I wont contact them. That item was one of the main thing I wanted to buy for my brother in law and I had waiting few weeks to come back in the stock, so I had to cancel the whole order. Morever, The customer care guy I talked to wasnt helpful at all and did not provide any solution, in fact was rude in the middle and end of the conversation. Will never reccomend coffee parts products!! No doubt they are good products but because of their delivery and customer service. They cant say its a system glitch and not informing about you untill you call them, especially when they are doing online business, these are the common and simple hinders they should know they will have to face. Really if you cant fix these small issues then just dont sell online. And given of the fact they should give more training to their customer care staff how to talk to their customers.

receive basic customer service so if you're buying one machine or part from them don't hold your breath when expecting reasonable service in the event something goes wrong. Avoid them at all cost!

I have requested a return call from their Customer Service Manager, but they send a staff who apparently has to sort everything out, and I have never speak to the Manager.

Later on, I understood the situation from excuses that they have made saying the company is small, insufficient staffs (some were in holiday), stressed staffs due to overloaded workloads and phone calls, and insufficient resources.

No apology, not even an apologize for bad experience in customer service.

My suggestion: Their prices are competitive, but wish u all good lucks to be handled by nice persons, and no error.
