Very inferior product – Don’t waste your time or $14 purchasing this product. I like you choose eco products which is why I chose to try this product. However these pods did not clean dishes or cutlery in the dishwasher at all and made all glassware turn a foggy white colour. Show details

Don't bother, waste of money – Doesn't actually do anything. $14 wasted money. Why did they even bother? Would've returned it had we kept any grocery receipts. We just got a brand new dishwasher so it definitely wasn't that. And used a different eco brand and worked fine. It leaves marks and rust marks on cutlery. Do better Coles. Show details

Never again! – I purchased these in the Tea Tree & Eucalyptus scent hoping they would be safe, effective, and better for the environment. cases, I had to re-wash all the contents of the dishwasher by hand. I returned the product to my local Coles for a refund and was treated like a criminal. They seemed shocked that I was returning something that was partially 'used'. Well how else am I to know if these dishwasher pods work or not??? Eventually they begrudgingly gave me a $15 Coles gift card (their choice, not mine) as way of a refund. Whatever happened to "satisfaction guaranteed or your money cheerfully refunded"? I expect better from a store where my family spends many thousands of dollars a year.

So disappointed as sounds great but isn't – I have used many eco brands with biodegradable wrappers and this was the first that clogged up my dishwasher. I only used it 2 or 3 times - everything was still dirty and had to rewash by hand and I had to retrieve the wrapper membrane from deep inside my machine. Would not buy again. . Show details
