Something went wrong with this batch. I've bought this product before but the current pack is undrinkable. I've contacted Coles and they have given me the brush off.
Follow-up · I lodged a complaint with Coles online. Coles did not respond to my complaint. My expectations were simply to exchange my pack for a fresh pack of the same product because in the past it had been a value-for-money product. The product was labelled as medium roast coffee beans. My bag seemed to be darker-than-dark roast so I'm guessing something went wrong at the end of a batch of roasting. For me it was undrinkable so when Coles failed to respond I threw the 1kg of coffee away. I have since avoided Coles.

Yummy – Smells great, Tastes great it's a terrific daily driver, Especially at $15 a kg. K2 grinder and Aeropress 7/10 coffee score, 10/10 for value. Runs rings around the Lazzio Beans i tried
