Conair Body Analysis WW310A

The Bluetooth doesn’t work consistently after I put my husband's and my initial weight and details in. I did all the troubleshooting including batteries, stopping the app, turning Bluetooth on and off etc. I may have got a bad one but I don't recommend it and don't want to go back to Myer to return it. It seems to weigh correctly though.
Purchased in at The Myer Centre.
Very Reliable, Great FUN – Except! I had a question for customer service and they are messing me around with a very basic question. 4 days later, they are telling me to call an American number to talk to people. Sigh. I just want to know what each badge means so I know how to work toward getting them. Use this in conjunction with the WW app. You will be very pleased. I also couple the "My Weight" app and use both once a day. I will happily answer any questions you might have. you can see this scale in action every day at my facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100079102117370 My Bariatric Weight Loss Journey
The scale is accurate and dependable. 15 months later, it still is on the same battery pack. $89 AU at Big W Australia. I got it I think for $79 at Costco. I recommend this scale all the time to my dieting friends.

Here is the whole thing. Even if I have been directed to the wrong place in America, a proper customer service experience would have sent me to the correct one IMHO. Have a look at these inane responses.
I'll email you privately if you like. and why are they sending me to a Kogan site for the scale on line manual? You don't have your manual in your help center? external link
Thanks for your response. It's nice to finally reach a human. Conair Feedback 06:26 (15 hours ago) to me Thank you for your email,
We apologize for any inconvenience. Any questions that are not covered in the manual will need to be answered by the retailer. If your questions are related to the app, please contact the app's support.

Not worth 100$ – It Doesn’t have a memory to store data, therefore you will need to pair your phone with the scale all the time. Definitely Not worth the 100$. I Won’t recommend.
Purchased in at The Good Guys for $100.
Ok but could be better – I brought these scales after having to return another brand twice. They are branded as Weight Watchers and manufactured by Conair. The good news is that they work. The scale weighs, takes body fat and hydration measurements, calculates BMI and transfers the data via Bluetooth to my phone. The weighing area is large, so heftier people can be accommodated more easily. The bluetooth upload is easy once you have the hang of turning everything on first.
On the down side I have some niggles:
1. The graphs in the application are too "big picture". Small changes in weight barely show up because the graph encompasses starting weight and goal weight each time. I want to optionally be able to see my weight loss in more encouraging detail.
2. The advertising I saw before purchasing them suggested that muscle mass would also be measured. It isn't. At nearly $100 it would have been good to have this.
3. The blue light on the scales is very pretty but makes the screen difficult to read without glasses despite it being fairly large.
4. I can't manually enter previous weight as the ability to add weight manually is restricted to the current day.
I can't comment on integration with other devices as I do not use them.
Overall they perform well but I am slightly disappointed about the lack of the muscle mass measurement and poor usability of some features.
