Perfect for quick blends – It’s a good little blender for the price. I use it for smoothies and with small ice cubes and soft fruits it does the job but it would be hard pressed to crush average size ice blocks or anything of substance. I do like the suction caps on the base, they’re strong but I’m able to get them to release easy enough, even with a dodgy shoulder. It’s very, very noisy which was a shock seeing the size of it, much noisier than the larger one my daughter uses. I only use it in small bursts as even after a few seconds you get a burning smell coming from the motor. I wouldn’t like to hold the button down for any longer, just in case! The biggest issue for me is the lid/lids.. not sure why they supply two because they’re both useless. Very hard to unlock the catch and you can’t drink from them as the lid only opens so far then hits you on the bridge of your nose. I wear glasses so I end up with liquid either all over my nose or on my glasses, either way it’s a no go from me. Even if you do pour from the lid, it drips everywhere and makes one big mess. It would be so much more of a selling point to provide two of the blades rather than two lids. I think I remember seeing something on the box or the store advertising that it’s built for people “on the go”. They should delete that part because unless you decant into a mug or glass it’s a lie. So for what I use it for and the way I use it, it’s a great little blender but you do get what you pay for.

Loved this little blender – I loved this little blender and used it daily to make my keto coffee. Unfortunately, I'm now about to need to buy my 3rd as the blade sleeve has broken again and I have not been able to find spare parts. Still a bargain as they've lasted a long time, but I am now emassing a buildup of blender machines in boxes, as the first one is still going strong, but until I can find spare parts, I'll need to buy another. April 2024. Given up as I have accumulated unused blender boddies and other parts, but cannot use any longer as the blade ring has broken and no hope of getting parts. Will be delivering all of the leftovers back to Big W next time I go. Changed to a different brand now.

Two calls to Big W to find the manufacturer's contact details have sent me around in circles. First offered a credit, then told it's a Big W brand and they'd get back to me, and that has produced "You need to contact the manufacturer". I thought I had. Big W not very au fait with their products.

Great blender for small spaces – Great little blender with two containers, strong blades crunch ice cubes easily -use for cocktails when everyone likes something different or smoothies. Value for money, brought another for the caravan for Pina Coladas. Recommend

So easy to use! – Purchased Feb 2021. Hasnt missed a beat blending frozen berrie smoothies, super easy to use. The problematic part is in the design of the storage caps or cup lids. The design allows the flip top opening (while it locks firmly in place for drinking) to come into contact with your nose, leaving smoothie to run down your nose. Its also impossible to clean via dishwasher or manual washing as it does not come apart, and there is smoothie left in the spout and under the rubber seals. Also the blending attachment can be hard to release after blending, I could not get my mother (63yrs) to release it - so I wouldn't purchase this if you have weak hands or wrists due to athritis or age. Such a let down considering how brilliantly it blends.

Purchased in at Big W Retail Stores for $29.

Easy to use. Lids are poorly designed – I am satisfied with the machine. It blends well for such a cheap machine. My issue is with the drinking lids that fit on the bottle's. They flip up an unfortunate angle and when tipping the bottle back to drink, the lid hits me between the eyes and leaves smoothie running down my nose. Poorly designed.
