Very dissatisfied customer – SS the manager of Contemporary Fencing installed a motorised aluminium sliding fence for my house at a cost of 20k. He just put cheap imported stuff together. The fence looks terrible with very large gaps all over the sides enough to allow a medium size dog to go through. Everyone who sees the fence must make some funny comments. The fence made my band new house look ugly. SS never honoured his own time table. I had to cope with very long delays and multitude of childish excuses. After I paid the full costs of the fence, he never returned a call or an email and never provided an after installation service or even maintenance advice. The fence lock broke down after only 3 times of use. SS did not know how to do the electronics of the gate. I had to hire a locksmith to fix lock and another fencer to re fix motor and intercom connection at the cost of extra 3k. Dealing with SS was regrettably a total waste of time, money and effort. I totally do not recommend him.
Excellent job – Contemporary fencing went above and beyond. Beautiful fence made sure all was completed and that l was happy with outcome. Would recommend and am getting them to complete another project.
