terrible product – works for a while in 1 year tome frams needs to call the technician as it blows hot air Show details
Cowboys, avoid like the plague – They installed hugely undersized unit that barely works unless it's flat out and sounds like a jet engine and even then it's massively inadequate and barely works at all in some rooms. We asked for something to be done only to be told "there was nothing they could do". We couldn't be more disappointed, shameful. Show details
Simple and reliable – I have bought several of these units over the years( for different properties) and l find it hard to fault them. The only downside l see to them is that they are a little cumbersome to service as the lid has to be removed to gain access to the inner workings of the roof pod but that is probably not a factor for most owners. It is also the only… Read more
brand on the market to have an "exhaust" function, allowing you to suck hot air out from your property. The float system used to maintain the seal that holds the water reservoir used to cool is nothing short of simple brilliance. Ask me a question if you want to learn more. Some users have given these units bad ratings but in my opinion, that is due to poor servicing or faulty set up than an inherent design flaw. You could do a lot worse than buying one of these units and l thoroughly recommend them.
Junk! – We have had the unit for 10 years now. We get it serviced every 12 months and it’s still constantly having issues. Dumps loads of water, makes strange noises, stops working entirely. Doesn’t keep the house cool during the summer. Very unfortunate for an Australian made product. Show details

Very dissappointed – I bought a cool breeze Evap ...cost me nearly $5000 ...after some research it looked liked it was a good product..my luck I think I bought a lemon. We have only turned it on 3 times and the first was to get rid of the filter pad smell..it worked fine. The next time was yesterday in Perth when it was 37c....guess what...it started blowing warm air… Read more
out of vents....checked water on,water was being dumped outside but still blowing warm air in...rang the agent and they said sorry but couldn't get anyone there for three days and it was covered under warranty...I should think so after paying all that money for a unit that doesn't work.I Ve had to drag out my $100 fans out to try and cool down while this $5000 box sits on the roof...so I would advise you to do your research thoroughly on Evaps....very dissappointed hopefully they can fix it?
