Can not recommend this brand. Firstly after first season baffle plate could not be removed. Manufacturer said no warranty on BP after 12 months however was it the heater or BP that shrunk or expanded. Secondly the baffle plate split in half obviously cheap defective steel used as heater had hardly been used. Tried to upload clip but unable.

heater fan fail – My heater is in it's 5th winter and the fan has died, bearings have failed. Rarely have run fan on high setting. Clean fan every year. Cannot run wood heater without fan running. Will cost over $400 I'm told for a new fan if they can get one in. For the price of these heaters and the amount of use it has had, this is a pretty BIG fail.
