I also got ripped off by this seller. Initially had to chase up for item to be sent to finally receive cheap imitation that you could see through & nothing like what was advertised. Emailed numerous times only to receive sporadic emails with them denying any accountability & refusing a refund (Even though the website advertised 100% Customer Satisfaction & 100% Money back). I disputed this through PayPal, only to be given a return address to Hong Kong. Questioned PayPal why I should be out an additional $50 + in postage when they advertised being ‘Australian Owned’ & asked for a return label instead. My dispute got rejected even though I presented all proof of what was advertised vs what I received. Rang PayPal to have the dispute reopened as I had an email from Seller saying they do not have a return address which I uploaded to PayPal only to again have my dispute rejected 2 days later. Where is the Consumer protection when everything in the dispute is proven? I thought we use PayPal for these sorts of issues? Now I see that the website is ‘Currently Unavailable’. Made their money & have now gone on to create another site for unsuspecting customers? Be aware!!!

Do not purchase or deal with this company. 2 months of pure stress and grief. First they said it’s sent and website stated that yet after numerous emails which are never answered except when there is a threat of logging a complaint only to have them admit it was never sent as they said “the supplier did not deliver the items and they had nothing to send”. Lie number 1. After further emails that weirdly get answered at 2 or 4 am in the morning?? I finally received A poor substitute for the window shades. See other review left by someone else. They also received the same dodgy, poorly constructed item. I immediately emailed them outlining my rights as a consumer to receive what was advertised. They tell me they will offer a credit but not a refund. As they had nothing I wanted they agreed to send the product they offered in the first place as the product they finally sent was nothing like what was advertised. They then say it’s sent again (lie number 2). Again after further emails they finally send it and supply a tracking number. To top it off they send it via a dodgy courier company and it was not left in a safe location as was stolen. Do not purchase from this company. I have lodged a consumer affairs complaint over their dealings.
