CPAP Depot

I have been a customer of CPAP Depot for a number of years. The staff have always been very professional, kind and caring as well as being so easy to speak to. They are my number one CPAP store as they are just so friendly and helpful.

I placed my order for items on 28 February 2025. Today is 20th March 2025 and I am still yet to receive word that my order has even been dispatched. I had to follow the company on 12th March 2025 and they responded on 17th March 2025. I received a poor response that neither clarified where my order was up to and specifically noted that they could not provide an ETA for my order. This is by far the poorest service I have ever seen. To long to action order. No solution offered when raising concerns.

Wow super fast delivery – I can't believe I put my order in yesterday morning (22/11/23 ) and my parcel arrived by 10.30 am the next day I definitely can't complain about the service Thank you CPAP Depot great job now to test out the new Best in Rest pillow wish me luck .

Superior customer service! – Staff member went above and beyond to assist me with getting a battery for my Cpap machine. They stopped my order from being shipped, and switched to in store pick up. With current power outage in my suburb this was invaluable. Have only ever had good experiences with the Annerley store. 10/10

Excellent sleep apnoea/CPAP supplier – Purchasing a CPAP device is expensive and then there is the ongoing cost of supplies - tubing, filters, masks, etc. I needed to replace the water chamber for my Fisher & Paykel ICON+ CPAP machine. An internet search found most suppliers charging $99.00 for this. The CPAP Depot price was $75.00. So, naturally, I made my online purchase. The online ordering was simple and the item was packed and shipped promptly. Very happy with this supplier and will be back when I need something else to maintain my CPAP device.
