Fantastic Customer service. I have ordered a few items and also a new travel machine. All products have come as described quickly and efficiently. I had issues with the travel machine and they were swiftly resolved with no arguments. I am very impressed and would strongly reccommmend easy Capps products and services.

I have recently purchased the Resmed travelling mini CPAP machine and it was $200-$300 cheaper than other companies. The delivery was fast, received within 3 business days. I am happy with the product which came with a 3 year warranty but I was able to extend to 5 years, once I registered the device online.

I was caught in Brisbane during cyclone Alfred without power and no battery for my cpap machine. I spoke to William who went out of his way to organise a pickup for a battery and that got me back and running. Could not have asked for better service, thanks William

Excellent A-grade Service – I purchased something that was not correct and then I made an error in the return process. Still, Easy CPAP contacted me and went through the parcels to find my return, which had gone to the wrong centre. I am very grateful for the excellent quality service of this company. Great machine – Bought a cpap machine from them. Good postage time, good communication and machine is great. I had someone at a cpap store tell me that it would not be as good as the resmed machine they wanted $1800 for. Well this machine is great and I'm having less apnoeas than I was having on a rented resmed machine.!!

Answer Phone and Deliver – Bought from these guys as they price matched and could deliver. Unit arrived before Perth Store could even get supply after not ever answering their phone. One phone number for three stores. Rubbish. Thanks to Easy CPAP we will be breathing easy as we delve into Trump land.

sure if this is still the case? I can recommend them based on what I buy and the price and prompt delivery and helpful friendliness over the phone. I can’t speak for how they treat returns as have never had to do one? Hope this review helps someone out there I know it can be daunting buying cpap gear at times.

Great service – I've been dealing with these guys for three years now. Accidentally ordered a part that didn't fit my machine, my bad I know, but they called to double check before shipment and changed the part I ordered to the correct one even though what I needed was significantly cheaper. That's a pretty good service as far as I'm concerned. Shipping is what you'd expect and all of that is pretty well the best you can ask for in an online shopping experience.

Excellent service – Truly excellent service. I ordered a new type of mask (Vitera) to see if it would fit better than the Resmed I have used for years, but it was very uncomfortable. Easy CPAP made the process easy, as the name implies - they have sent me a new Resmed replacement at no cost, and even sent an Australia Post sticker to return the one I couldn't use. I'll be using them in future!

Buy online don’t expect delivery – Bought online, paid for and expected home delivery but instead delivered to Post Office. If I wanted the inconvenience of PO delivery I would have driven to my closest shopping hub and purchased there! AusPost notify no one home? Rubbish. rates and AusPost couldn’t give a toss where they leave your purchase. Not good enough. I’m now inconvenienced by having to drive and collect the parcel which completely negates the reason for online shopping. I suggest if people want cpap equipment they shop elsewhere. It’s the merchants responsibility to make sure that shipping is as per the agreed purchase agreement.

Don't bother with them – Messaged them telling them how the material was coming apart, even sent pictures of it, heard nothing back whatsoever. Now it's far to late for anything, go anywhere but here

Service – Easycpap is great service and prices. The following is my review on the purchase of a Vitera cpap full face mask . This mask is absolutely a piece of garbage the headgear is that thin that it feels like it’s cutting into the back of your neck the so called new cushion keeps blowing out that you have to tighten the straps that tight you nose and cheek bones become sore.
