Couldn't be happier – Recently upgraded my old Airsense 10 to an Airsense 11 Autoset with Perth CPAP. Service was exceptional with patient and informed staff. The Ardross store is very stylish however this doesn't reflect in the pricing as it was very competitive. And the Airsense 11 Autoset is a brilliant machine and already my sleep quality has improved.
Great shop, but cheating with the new Resmed 11 – I am a loyal customer of the Ardross site of this company and in general very happy with their fast service and stock. 5 years ago I bought a Resmed model 10 with chip and have always been very happy with it, especially since over the app I could follow my mask leakage, the number of events per night etc. When I decided to buy a second machine for my holiday home, it appeared that the model 10 has no longer the possibility to make this happen. As their website (www.perthcpap.com.au) says, this is due to a global chip shortage. This is disingenuous. On the same webpage they advertise for 750 $ more expensive new Resmed 11 (that is 2100 $), that has that chip built in and can be ordered straight away. As monitoring is important to me (how would I know how much my mask is leaking, or how many events I have per night, the primary reason I have CPAP ?) I felt forced to pay them the 750 $ extra for the model 11, expecting that after 10 years of development, the model 11 would have some advantages over the model 10. The contrast is true. It is exactly the same machine, with the same size, but worse, the hose does not leave the machine with a 90 degree connector but goes staright out back, which means you have to put it on your night table at least 20 cm from the wall to prevent kinking. It now occupies my whole night table. Hopeless !!! The carrying bag, that was of great quality with the model 10, is now a soft material, cheap transport bag. The menu is the same, there have been no advantages in 10 years. I used to love PerthCPAP, but now loathe them for being dishonest stating on their website (screenshot available) that global chip shortage is the reason, the great model 10 can no longer monitor your sleep. And for that you now pay 750 $ more (google as some other AU companies offer the machine for 1550 $, I missed that in my blind trust in PerthCPAP). I will now be more mindful with what I buy there. But above all I dislike the dishonesty and the lack of trust I now feel.
Good business – Been using for ages pricematch others Web sites live in country quick deliveries
Two RESMED Masks – Ordered these from Perth CPAP and wanted them urgently so paid the extra $20 for express post which I was told would arrive the next day. 4 days later and its still on the road even though it was only picked up from a few suburbs away. Its lost and Perth CPAP says its nothing to do with them. They maybe cheap but don't seem to care if your package goes missing. Ombudsman is my next port of call. Maybe they will find out where my lost package ended up. I nee dthese masks for my Mum and myself and now hav eto pay more and get it from another store.
AusPost now come sup with parcel might be missing so I filled in the on line form to get them looking for a lost parcel which was picked up a week ago and due for delivery on April 7.

Its a wonder that Perth CPAP didn't email me this link.
Did an online fill in form with AusPost and they say the parcel is lost. They say get compensation with the retailer. The retailer says its nothing to do with them once its picked up so I am out of pocked over $400.
My thoughts is do not deal with a business that does not care if a parcel goes missing. They should be using private courier companies like DHL.
I have sent Perth CPAP what AusPost sent me but I do not expect a reply. If a miracle happens I will post it in here.
Now to find another retailer.
Perth CPAP on a lost delivery. We do not have access to Australia Post's information on expected deliveries, unfortunately once it has left our premises it is out of our control. For information you will have to contact Australia Post on 13 76 78.
Both parties passing it to each other. Pathetic.
Meanwhile my mother and myself are getting quite ill due to lack of sleep and no one cares at all.
Perth CPAP now looking into it. Cross fingers they re will resend what we ordered. Not getting enough much needed sleep and getting quite stressed,
AusPost said they consider the parcel lost and to contact the retailer which is Perth CPAP. I ask ed for a replacement and they said that AusPost is still investigating and they will get back to them in the next 3 or 4 business days. Problem is AusPost have told me that they consider the case closed and its lost.
I have since asked for a full refund as I no longer want to deal with Perth CPAP.
There are other companies selling CPAP masks that use 3D scanner and printers to perfectly fit a mask around your face without those annoying air sounds when air escapes out the sides and are far cheaper and a better way to go.
And if any of you have a 3D printer you can basically make your own anyway and save a fortune on masks.

Purchase CPAP machine – My sleep apnoea test suggested I require a CPAP machine. I had no idea what I required? Christian from Yokine was outstanding . He explained everything to me in detail very clearly. He has a very pleasant disposition and is a credit to the company. Regards Graham

My Mum has since had a seizure because the parcel never arrived. It was due to arrive on Tuesday. They need to move to a private courier company which as a reliably service.
Since found another store online which is cheaper than Perth CPAP and uses a privater courier company. I have asked if they can use DHL and I do not mind if it costs more to get here as they are a reliable courier company.
For Perth CPAP to say its not our problem once it leaves their premises is quite disgraceful. Over $400 down the drain.
