Old fashion customer service! – I went in looking for a new part for my resmed cpap machine and the staff took their time to speak with me and help me out. Even though I've been using the cpap for a while I came away with more knowledge on how to use it better. Even got a asleep report printed while I was there. These guys know their stuff! I won't be buying online anymore. I'd rather pay the little extra and be supported.
