do this however wanted to charge for the service, even though the machine is covered by warranty. Also wanted to charge for a loan machine whilst the review/repair was carried out. Quite rude and unhelpful. Certainly wouldn’t recommend them to those looking for such services.
Excellent Customer Service – I was greeted by a friendly representative "Helen." She listened carefully to my problem and came up with a solution. She didn't clock watch, was very informative about the products, and gave tips about getting the best from my CPAP machine. In my opinion, she was an excellent service representative for your company and I would highly recommend her.
Taylor was extremely helpful – Taylor was knowledgable and helpful. I had a concern about my Philips Dreamstation. Taylor handled my enquiry effectively and efficiently. She appeared to be a person who could be relied upon.
Dont Bother with this Cpap retailer if you want urgent shipping – My experience involves purchase of urgently required, 2 replacement hoses for my cpap machine, ordered online and purchased same items and paying extra $15 for express postage, only to find that items were dispatched next day, resulting in me not receiving them any quicker, i had purchased same items free postage option. So 5 days to get Express Postage likely. Shopping Elsewhere from Now On
The Best CPAP Service out there by far – I want to commend Julianne and Maya from CPAP Victoria for going above and beyond their duty to assist me. They listened to my concerns, discussed the best options and suggested the best solutions every time. Maya even communicated with me while on sick leave from an unexpected serious illness. I really can't recommend their Bundoora office and now Kew as well, as Julianne now works there.
Perfect service – I bought my first cpap machine from cpap victoria in 2012 and my second one in 2018. it was recalled July 2021. Phillips did not reply for 4 month and I asked cpap victoria for a refund. No problem, absolutely excellent
CPAP Machine – I am very satisfied with the professionalism and service that I was given by Carlie. Even whilst I was away Interstate Carlie was always on hand if needed. My machine has cured my problem, and my Husband is able to have a good nights sleep. Karen

clearly unsupported. Primarily it appears understaffed and I left equipment for checking to give them time and they forgot about it. Now we are in covid I noticed not only were the staff rushed but customers were getting upset with the tiny service room at Frankston. Making an appointment did not overcome the shortage of time availability. Staff could not do a good consultation with drop ins and booked customers colliding. It seemed very stressful. It’s not good for workers who want to please. I think management needs to manage and look at customer needs and expectations again. I would like to see Gab achieve an outstanding business once again because he fills a need. As far as product offering goes, the business needs to be price competitive again because online stores with physical branches are starting to provide a better offering. This firm should not rely on price matching as a panacea to competitive pressures nor should they erode the offers when matching to claw back losses. Lastly staff product knowledge is poor and training is clearly required . Staff are prepared to listen to feedback so I think this comes down to management. They are busy so I doubt this is a cash flow problem.
Excellent Service – Went to CPAP Victoria - Frankston Branch to start a CPAP Trial. Carlie was fantastic throughout the four week trial. I got to use a couple of Auto Pap machines and there was no obligation to purchase from them but I was happy with the service and the pricing with my option to trade in an older machine.
